    I am a former customer of ******************. After three years, I ended my contract with them due to an issue with my billing. They incorrectly charged my credit card for several months by adding a second vehicle to my account without my knowledge or consent. Initially, I did not closely monitor my credit card statement until I noticed my balance continuing to increase over ******* address the issue, I went to the Plank location in person, seeking a quick resolution, as I had documentation to support my complaint. However, the manager informed me that this matter would need to be addressed with upper management, although he did take my information.I then reached out to their corporate office via email and phone. After conducting their research, they acknowledged the error but stated that they could not refund the six months of unauthorized charges back to my account due to their employee's mistake. They instructed me to resolve the issue with my credit card company instead. While my credit charge was adjusted, I did not receive a full refund for the payments taken.Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at Route 3 Car Wash and their lack of assistance in resolving this matter.
