I put in my two weeks with this daycare on 01/20/2023. My last payment to the daycare was supposed to be the amount of $165 on 01/27/2023 due to the last week being covered by the deposit given when my child started this daycare. I have emails confirming this. Well, I was charged $190 on 02/03/2023. I contacted them and was told it was a mistake. I ended up disputing that charge with my bank. Now the following week I was charged again on my account for the amount of $225. I don't understand where that number came from for one and two, I don't understand why my bank information is still in there system to he charged anything. This is fraud. Two withdrawals from my account now without my permission. I called today and I'm told the administrator is not in the office. I am beyond frustrated not only because this is wrong, but I am a single mother already paying for my child's current daycare and frankly don't have the money in my budget for fraudulent charges.

As i explained to *************** when she put her two weeks in we used her one-week security deposit for the last week so she would not have to pay for the last week.  Due to me putting the wrong unenrollment date the machine did try to charge her account for another payment.  But as you see in my pictures, We did not get paid for the last week.  We called and stopped the payment, so the payment did not go through.  ************* also called her bank and blocked the payment from going through, so the picture you see shows declines because her banked denied the charge.  So as of payment wise ************* did not pay any more money than she had to.  I also explained if the payment caused any negativity fees, or any other fees that we would pay for any extra fees accumulated because of the pending charge that tried to hit which again did not.
