      I had Triple K install an estate fence last year did a good job this year I wanted another gate installed paid my money up front signed the quote they said they would be out I. 2 1/2 weeks to install a whole month goes by no one ever called I kept calling and talking to the lady at the front desk asked to speak with a manager she always said he wasnt there **** poor business for them to ask for money up front and never call you or complete the job I called to get a refund and she said the bookkeeper will have to call you , I told her if she doesnt call me Ill contact the police I recommend no one to use this company they are not responsible by any means From *********

      Triple K has twice installed a neighboring fence which crosses the property line on to my property and butts up against my fence. The official surveyed metal rods are clearly visible. I purposely installed my fence off the property line to avoid property line issues, allow for maintenance and ensure that an adjacent fence will not touch my fence. I called them this morning with the hope that they would come shorten the neighboring fence off of mine and the lady who answered was not interested in anything I had to say and would not answer my questions except to say "go talk to your neighbor". Apparently having asked one too many questions, she hung on me. This was totally unprofessional. I would think twice for anyone considering hiring them. They obviously disregard property lines and are rude to anyone with concerns. One star is the lowest I can pick otherwise it would be zero.
