    Unprofessional, fraud, and non-responsive. We hired them to do our walk out from our house and now we regret going with them bc of continuous delays to complete the work that agreed upon. We are beyond frustrated and tired of the excuses and the job has yet to be completed. The trash and wood have remained on the property for over two weeks along with additional work to be completed. He was paid in full and asked several times to return and finish the work plus some of the craftsmanship issues. We will be working another company for the remaining of the work.

    This is to confirm that the complaint has not been resolved by the business or business owner. I have already escalated the issue and reported it to my credit card company. I've also posted a review on yelp or ****** based off of the experience.

    I'm requesting $3,000 refund NOW ! MG Homes representative ******************* accept a job (22 May 23) to replace deck flooring at a cost of $5,000 (I agreed) this included labor and materials. Cost over runs of $1,300 (I agreed), total price $6,300. I asked **** on multiple occasion had he order the decking, he stated yes and also use ***** as his point of contact. Three weeks later (06 Jun 23) no decking. I have reasonably suspect that **** never intended to purchase the decking as stated by our contract and on (06 Jun 23) **** ask me to select decking from ********** or Lowes. I did, the ********** Rep stated that select decking will be in within three days. I select to go with Lancing Building Products (******, **). I made the purchase and the materials was delivered in two days. I have given ******************* over 2/3 of the contract cost and he was still incapable of completing my deck due to poor management, poor time management, poor booking of funds, poor resources to successfully complete the job. So I fired him and asked that he not come on my property ever again. I've served 38 years defending this country to come home and have to deal with incompetency of a supposedly season professional contractor. I'm requesting $3,000 refund NOW !
