    In march of 2023 my mother in law, ************************* purchased a photography package for me as a gift. My mother sent K. Brinklow Photography $250 for a grow with me package that included newborn photos, 6 month photos, and 1 year photos. In addition to purchasing this package upfront, it included a free maternity session. I recieved my free maternity session and newborn photos. But when it was time for my 6 month photos the photographer refused to get back to me no matter how many times I tried to send a message. I believe that this was because it was her busy time of year with christmas photos and she was more concerned with taking new money in. Eventually she responded and said I could use the session at a different time for a session of my choice. This was not to my satisfaction because I wanted and paid for 6 month photos, but I brushed it off. Then came time for my 1 year photos. We had a date set, the sun was shining, we had just purchased and picked up the smash cake for the photos and we were about to go out the door when the photographer canceled again and said it was due to wet ground. At this point we were frustrated and asked for a refund. The ground was not wet where we lived and managed to do the photos ourselves without getting wet. I have messaged the photographer many times about a refund and she continues to ignore my requests.

    On October 22, 2022 my wife (*****) notified K. Brinklow Photography in regards to hiring them for our wedding ceremony. The conversation started at 12:31pm and ended at 3:09pm which included her "contract" stating that she would be on site from 2pm-3pm for $300. On October 23, 2022, we acknowledged that we would hire the company. She accepted on October 24, 2022. She was paid via PayPal $300 on October 25, 2022 at 8:08am On October 25, 2022 *************************** (owner of photography company) began taking pictures at 2pm. She left the wedding site at 2:28pm on her own (she was not instructed to or told to leave). She informed myself and my wife (*****) that a sneak peek would be available in 2-3 days and the entire gallery would be available no later than 3 weeks from occasion. On October 31, 2022, we asked the company if the sneak peek that was promised was coming soon. She said yes. On November 4, 2022 I messaged her on ******** and threatened to notify my bank of fraud since I had yet to receive a sneak peek. Within moments, she emailed me 4 photographs - one of which had my cell phone visible. I messaged her that the images were not acceptable and explained the lack of editing (cell phone). On November 15, 2022, we received via email a gallery of 32 images. The image that previously had my cell phone visible was made even worse - she removed my cell phone but by doing so, she removed a huge portion of the structure it was on making it extremely visible in the photo. On November 21, 2022, I emailed the company asking for a partial refund of $5 per minute she left early since she was supposed to stay until 3pm. I complained about the editing and pictures but just wanted a refund of the time she did not stay. I gave her until 12/1/2022 to pay the refund. On 12/2/2022, my wife reached out asking for a refund again. No response. At this time, I would like a FULL refund of $300. This was our wedding ******** will will never get those moments back.
