    My husband and I rented a house managed by the company for a little over a year. There were alot of concerning issue with the home while we lived there. Last summer the A/C went out and they took 3 weeks to fix it ultimately causing me to have to be induced with my daughter early due to fluid loss. This winter, there was a leak from under the concrete causing water to pull in the carpeted living area. They took 3 weeks for someone to even come look at it. By this time mold and mildew had grown and you could smell it. They gave us the option to move the furniture to replace the carpet or cut out a square and expose the concrete so the water could pool until our lease was up next January. We were not ok with those options and complained enough they finally allowed us to break the lease. Upon leaving the house we were told twice by the property manager via email we would receive our full deposit back once we vacated. After we left the property, they started telling us that was not the case. They have now sent an unformal email with supposed charged adding up to over 800 dollars in charges. Some are complete lies and I have discussed this before. I have emailed and called the property manager and several others over the issues and no one answers my calls or emails or even returns them. They have over **** dollars of mine in their possession and they are just taking whatever they want out of the money and i dont veen have a formal statement of charges. Not to mention I was told several times in writting id get the full **** dollars back.
