    If you're expecting to order and pay the price listed on the website, that's wrong. Yesterday I ordered the chicken parmesan by phone then went to pick it up. Prior to ordering, I verified the item from the online menu included all the side dishes listed. The store said it did. When I got there, the store then tried to charge more than the price on the website. I got out my phone and showed them the website and the item. The store employees told me they are a franchise of ***'s Pizza, but despite that have no other affiliation with it. They told me the website does not represent them and they do not know why their address or phone number or menu is on the website. They also said they do not advertise at all. I offered to pay the price listed on the website and they refused. I then left without receiving the food. It is ludicrous to claim you have no affiliation with ***'s Pizza while simultaneously acknowledging you are a franchise. It is also ridiculous to say ***'s Pizza does not advertise for you, even though you use the same menu, the main website includes your address, phone number and menu, and you apparently do no independent advertising.
