            We purchased attic access 2 months ago. Since then we are trying to connect with the company telling them it is making a big noise every time it opens and close like cracking noise and also the handle which it comes with wont open it but only the key!!!! Also only after 2 months and repairing requests they sent us the invoice for the purchase. They guy who answers the phone isn’t nice and makes you feel like he’s doing you a favor and that you need to chase him in order to get a reply. We sent him a video and picture of the product and he still didn’t response. Hopefully after this review he’ll start showing his customer service. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them! I’m now on a delay of too long with my house finishing cas I’m trying to finish with this installation without ruing the ceiling paint again.
