    The date of the transaction was January 31st 2024. Then on March 21st I cancelled and told her I wouldnt be able to do the graduation pictures of my son on May 10th. She told me that she would do me a favor and give me a refund, but most of her clients she just does a reschedule. She asked for a little time to gather some funds once people booked in weddings. I continued to reach out to her over and over asking when I would be getting back to the $250 and she never responded. While on ******** she is taking trips to ****** and sharing how wonderful her life is right now.

    Three years ago we were planning on having our wedding on Dec 6th 2020, but as we all know Covid happened. I had made some arrangements and paid several vendors retainers, like the venue, DJ, *******, and photographer, Keistine Pringle. I emailed her in Sept of 2020 saying we would be rescheduling our wedding to the next year in 2021 in November. That was over a year from the new date. I never heard anything from her. I emailed and called, my planner emailed and called and even tried to contact her husband who is a photographer as well. She never responded, until a day before my wedding in Nov 2021 with this message "Hi *****!I hope you saw my previous email.I had another wedding booked on 11/6 already and I wish you wouldve consulted me about your date change before booking. We can transfer the retainer fee for family photos or something else. I have had so many reschedules and Im trying my very best to work with everyone. Covid has destroyed my business. Do you still need a photographer for tomorrow? I can try to get someone for you if you need one. I wish we could have worked together. I wish you all the happiness!!! Congratulations. "There was no other email.I gave her **** dollars and she never got back to me until the day before my wedding. I had already hired and paid another photographer because she refused to pick up the phone or even let me know anything. I have tried to contact her. I ended up DMing her on instagram, her husband as well, and their business email but yet again I get no response.I just feel like I deserve even a discussion. She's active on her instagram page so I know she's seeing that I'm sending messages.
