    My son and I rented *************************************. We had an 18 month lease which ended May 30th, Vinmorr Properties sent a renewal lease at the end of July, then took it back, upped the rent by $200 then decided not to renew and sent a letter to vacant with no date but by month the owner said 2 weeks ..the property was vacated ..July 31st..after a scheduled walkthrough that he did not show up for or call and cancel ..he stopped all communication and the security deposit was not returned
