We just finished a custom build with Blue Ridge and love our home! Our project manager, *******, handled our project with care every step of the way and made it very clear that he genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy. ******* is clearly very knowledgeable in construction and we appreciated his patience explaining things to us and offering his educated opinion to help us make decisions. He went to bat for us several times with subcontractors over the course of our project to have them fix or improve things and he represented our interests very well. He took care of little things that we asked for without complaint - for example he had the tile installers replace a tile that I didn't like cosmetically - and always made us feel welcome to bring things up. ******* really went above and beyond by involving us proactively to get the punch list together early and working through items quickly. He willingly took on more items that would have had to go through warranty, saving us time, which we really appreciated. He has great pride in his work and his enthusiasm for the project was always high. Not only that, ******* is wonderful to work with and made it his personal mission to get to know us and align to our personalities. All that said, we were disappointed on several occasions with the quality of work provided by subcontractors and the lack of proactive checks and balances to make sure the work was done to appropriate standards. It seems the subs do not manage the workers very well, and maybe Blue Ridge has to do more hands-on supervision as well. We have discussed this with the team at **** and expect they will act on this feedback.

Blue Ridge Custom Homes is a great builder. I had them purchase my waterfront property and custom build a beautiful home. I visited the construction site many times during the build process and they did a wonderful job. They were very responsive to my requests for modification and their team is great to work with. We are very happy with our BRCH house! Our project manager, ***************, was terrific to work with. He not only understood our requirements but also understood our personalities! He was extremely patient with us as we worked through some husband/wife differences as well as some design challenges. Both he and *********************** were very informative when I asked numerous budget questions. They finished our house when they said they would and have continued to answer our questions as we get settled in our dream house. BRCH was great from the start to the finish of our new home. They exemplified the highest degree of professionalism and construction knowledge throughout our home building experience. Their Project Manager, *************** demonstrated exceptional customer centric focus and superior communications with us. His patience, understanding and support were ***************. *********************** was outstanding as well. His timely and detailed cost sheets kept us apprised of our budget and on point with our financial decisions. Both *** and **** exemplify outstanding customer service. I contracted with Blue Ridge Custom Homes to build a custom carport and pergola. They knocked it out of the park, and the final product exceeded my visions. I am completely thrilled with the renovation Blue Ridge completed on two bathrooms in our house. *************************** listened to me when I shared my vision for our bathroom and so confidently assured me he could deliver my dream. Listening to him conceptualize our new master bathroom made it clear to me that I would be in great hands. The next amazing development was having *************************** assigned as our project manager. **** was exceptional throughout the entire project in every area. He was responsive to texts, was so personable and truly made ** feel confident. Additionally, **** was very receptive to whatever questions or concerns we addressed and his attention to detail was very much appreciated. Let me start off by saying if we had to build our house all over we would 100% choose Blue Ridge Custom Homes again. We reached out and were immediately contacted back by the owner ***********************, while he was on vacation!****** sat with us during multiple Zoom meetings helping us build out exactly what we wanted in our forever home. He wasnt there to just build us a house, ****** really wanted to see our vision for this home and excitedly wanted to be a part of making it a reality. He worked back and forth with us for weeks entertaining all of our little changes to the floorplan, whether we wanted a basement or a crawlspace, the siding, no little detail was untouched. Once finished he quickly got back to us with an estimate, and despite our extravagant ask, it was within our budget! We enthusiastically signed the contract and work immediately got started.********************* (our General Contractor) was amazing. He made sure he was present for every single walkthrough asking the challenging questions to ensure we knew exactly what we were getting in the end product. He gave incredibly helpful suggestions for changes to the home, his immediate number that he was always available at, constant updates on what was happening that day at our house, and he made what is usually a stressful process fun and enjoyable. Partnered with **** on the financial side was ***********************. ***** was a delight to work with. He was always available for questions if we had them, responded to emails pretty much immediately, and kept us up to date on the ever changing financial work that comes along with building a home. Ive never seen a final expense report for a building ever stay as accurate as the one they maintained.I 100% recommend BRCH for your building needs. I hope they continue on for a long time in the Central VA area. I know who will always be my first and only call when I have a need. We had as such a positive experience building with Blue Ridge. This was our first time building, so everything was new to us and **** made us feel comfortable every step of the way. *********************** was our lead Project Manager and I cant say enough about himhes excellent. ***** is detail oriented, knowledgeable, organized, personable and easy going. Building can be stressful especially if youve never done it before. ***** kept us in check, kept us and all contractors on task, and made us feel confident though the process. In addition to ***** we also had the pleasure of working regularly with a few other members of the **** team. *************** supported ***** with ****************** and was wonderful to work with. Hes incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of building so we were thankful to be able to bounce ideas off of him and get his opinions throughout the process. We also loved working with ****. Anything that needed to get done or required a bit more attention and touch **** Filo was the guy. Hes always got a smile on his face and Im convinced theres nothing he cant do!I highly recommend ****** and his team at Blue Ridge!
