    My husband signed the original contract to have our roof replaced 11-19-19 with ***** ********, who worked for MS Construction & Management, However, we were given a proposal on 4-29-20 and after that our roof was replaced. We were given a 5 yr. warranty on the workmanship. ******* passed away on 3-2-23, I was and am his wife. On 8-29-24 I discovered a leak in my living room ceiling. I contacted the above *** and was told they no longer do construction and are now called Hard Roofing. They did send out a lady on 9-6-24 to take pictures, Since then on 9-23-24 was told they would call me back after talking to her manager. No response. On 10-8-24 I left a message on their voice mail. No response. On 10-9-24, spoke to ***, who said the receptionist had been out sick for a couple of weeks, he would check and see what the status is and get back to me. Heard nothing. On 10-16-24 I left another message on their voice mail. No response. I should not have to go through this to get the problem resolved. My next step is to contact the insurance people in ******** and file a claim.
