      Exact same situation as those below. Booked the best flight I could find, only to have a call the next day to tell me the prices had more than doubled. Absolute garbage.

      Same exact story as the other three. Booked at just over $300 per ticket and was then quoted over $700 each after they called me and told me that the seats I booked were "sold out" as stated below. I've also filed an official complaint. They say they're based in Virginia but their call center is obviously in India.

      Selected a round trip for two to Helsinki for USD: 1382.54 (total for 2 adults), clicked “book”, at about 9pm on 10/2. Got a “confirmation” email that I would get a confirmation of flights within 24 hours. 8:35am on 10/3 had received no emails, so called, spoke with agent who said he would call back in an hour. At 10:12am, hadn’t received call, so I called and was connected to same agent. Again put on hold for about 10 minutes, then was told those flights were no longer available. He offered similar flights but this time for more than $1400 PER PERSON. The agent I spoke with was kind and soft spoken and I have no complaints about the agent.

      The prices are too good to be true. So therefore when you think you are scoring a great deal, guess what? It’s too good to be true. They send an email and ask you to call to confirm the reservation. When you call all of a sudden that”deal” is no longer available. They then try to sell you a ticket for 3X’s the amount you was getting the “deal” for. When you tell them to cancel everything they still try to convince you that you are getting the best price. But since I had shopped around I knew I was getting the exact same price as other sites offered. So needless to say I believe this whole thing is a bait and switch. Luckily as of the time of this review I don’t have a charge to my credit card. I give it one star because it doesn’t allow you to give it a zero. Also please beware, the person answering the phone when I called didn’t sound to be very professional. He didn’t identified himself or the company. And when my call was transferred, the other person didn’t identify himself or the company either. Which further leads me to believe that this is a SCAM. So please beware and do your due diligence if you decide to do business with this company. This , I know is my opinion of this company and I am only writing on my personal experience with this company. Better luck to anyone else who decides to do business with them. But seriously this is a BAIT & SWITCH !
