    I bought a 2019 subaru wrx April 4th in Hampton VA (Winner Circle Nissan - WCN). On April 14th, to no fault of my own, the vehicle had a catastrophic engine failure while I was driving in Fayetteville, NC. The vehicle was towed to local Subaru dealership (Cross Creek Subaru - CCS) in Fayetteville, NC XXXXX. The Subaru dealerships certified mechanics broke the engine down and had the technicians inspect the vehicle. The Subaru technicians found multiple aftermarket mods made to the engine, which was unknown to me when I purchased the vehicle. Because of the aftermarket modifications, which were on the vehicle prior to me purchasing, the factory vehicle warranty does not cover $18,000 in repairs. The additional warranty coverage that was bought for $3.5K also does not cover repairs. Subaru, out of goodwill, will cover $6000 of the repair costs. WCN refuses to cover any of the repairs. I've made many attempts to contact WCN, without success. Over 50 calls have been made to WCN and Ive only received one call back. I spoke with GM of WCN (****** ******* and he disburdened his responsibilities to the VP of Sales, *** ********. *** ******** has not yet returned any calls or directly responded to the inquiry, instead has directed me to speak with the store manager, **** ******** who also has not called me back. Ultimately, WCN maintains that the Easy-care warranty that I purchased should cover all costs, and that WCN has no burden of responsibilities even though they showcased a sale of sound vehicle. I have had no success in accessing a loaner vehicle or compensation; despite the car being under factory warranty. The Subaru has been in repairs for over 60 days. I paid a total of $46,000 ( I put $25,000 down and financed the rest) for a vehicle, that, 10 days after purchase, is in need of $18,000 in repairs, at no fault of my own.

    Sold a warranty under false pretense. I was told I was opting for an extended warranty. Only to be told a year later my warranty is only for the display screen, Bluetooth, etc. why would I have a warranty on the amenities and none in the parts? Some workers are unprofessional and very difficult to communicate with. Management has changed several times as well as staff. I’m very disappointed
