      On 5/16/24 I place an order for a sprocket part# ****** order# ****** for $19.95 plus $10 shipping and handling and they sent me the wrong part, the box had the right part number on the box the sprocket inside is the wrong part number I have emailed them three times with no response back. I have tried calling two times and no answer on the phone. I would like to just get my $19.95 back. I have since bought the correct part from a different company

      We did send the correct part. A 2 piece sprocket set contains a sprocket and a rim. The sprocket has 5525 on it. This sprocket will fit 2 different applications. By changing the rim on the sprocket you can get 3/8 pitch 7 tooth or .404 pitch 7 tooth application. As seen in the photo the part number is ****** fits a Stihl 030, 031 which is 3/8 pitch 7 tooth. This is the item he ordered. If the box had on it ****** it would fit a Stihl 030, 031 saw with .404 pitch 7 tooth. To clarify a bit more it doesn't matter whether the sprocket says 5524 or 5525 both fit a Stihl 030,031. In this case it is the rim that makes the difference.If Mr. ****** would like to return the sprocket, we are more than happy to refund his $19.95.

      Wondering if someone in you office can help me with a problem at the Little Red Barn in Harrisonburg, VA. I purchased many things from Lee over the last 12+ years including a nice Jonsered Chain Saw. I sent this saw in for maintenance and repairs in August of 2023. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks for the repairs. After 12 weeks I started to try and reach *** or anyone there that knew anything about this saw and the eta on me getting it back. I was eventually told by Lee they had a major theft take place and my saw was stolen. He told me they found out who did it (former employee) and he was waiting to get a list of the recovered items. This was back in January. As of today, I have left messages, called with no answer and have received no saw and no compensation for the theft (if this really took place) which should have been covered by their insurance. The cost of the saw was around $700 and this particular model is no longer available making it very desirable. I have been looking online and I see a number of negative reviews over the last year or two and nothing about any theft. I am hopeful you can help me. I run a business myself and have for 30 years so I know how things work. Any help would be appreciated.

      *** ***** is in contact with Mt ********. He is waiting for him to forward a copy of the receipt for the purchase of a new chainsaw. Once receipt is received he will be issued a check for the cost.

      I orderd two oversized pistons for my kohler ch20 and one of the pistons was defective (as confirmed by a reputable machine shop in business for 50+ years). Contacted lil red barn countless times and they don't return my calls or emails. Terrible service and very disappointed.

Mr ****** items have been reshipped via **** ****** ****. 1st tracking number to **** ****** ******** is **********************. When it crosses the border it will have an International tracking number which is *************. As of 6:10am April 1 it has departed *********, **.

      They sold me the wrong part based on their data and refused to refund or exchange it for the correct part.

      Ordered a Chain Saw chain, HOMELITE 18" CHAINSAW CHAIN 59DL, 3/8" LO PROFILE. Received an 18” 64DL, ?” LO instead. Notified seller. Sent back incorrect chain and seller sent me 2 ea 16” 59DL, ?” LO. Notified seller that I needed an 18” chain as noted in the original order. Informed seller I would be willing to purchase the 16” bar and use the 16” chains, or seller could refund and I would send back the 2ea. 16” chains. Seller has refused to respond.
