So happy I purchased this insurances annual plan. I purchased it mainly in case something happened to us physically while on vacation or in case something happened to my fiances elderly parents. I ended up filing a claim for a missed port on a cruise and a broken side view mirror that occurred while in ********. Both claims were promptly approved and paid out. Allianz offers great coverage with reasonable pricing. Although no one wants to get sick or have travel snafus, Allianz makes filing a claim very easy. I used the app and it provided step by step simple instructions.Review from Joann L

So glad that I purchased this travel insurance! I have actually purchased in the past and did not have need to access claim! It was necessary that I needed to file claim as my luggage never made it to my destination! It was sitting and never loaded on the plane! Filing the claim was very easy process and turn around time was less than 3 weeks for reimbursement per policy language! Definitely would recommend and purchase for myself in the future! I had a complicated trip out of the Country with serious unexpected Medical events for myself and my family, events that would have affected my family finances if I did not have the protection with Allianz, I am grateful I made the decision of purchasing travel protection and for their client service and I will continue to secure my trips with their insurance because I feel my family and I are safer having it.**************
