    I purchased some tracksuits from envision shanell on Sept 26 2022 for $225 . Processing states that On Hand orders are processed between 1-7 business days So on the Oct 10th I asked for an update on my order she did not respond so then i got frustrated and asked for an refund and got no response on Oct 11th, i requested for a refund again and then she responds saying i cant have a refund and how she's backed up on orders . She should have told me this before i made my purchase.We then got into a disagreement and finalized it by her saying she said she would give me tracking on Friday (Oct 14th ) I asked for a tracking on Friday and got ignored multiple times, then she responded and got disrespectful, telling me to go to h*** and saying she's not gonna refund my money nor ship my package do not shop with her Shes unprofessional rude & A SCAMMER , she refused to ship my package and refund me .

    On 9/22/2022 I placed an order with this business for 16 items in the amount of $165. Per policy stated on her website processing time is 1-7 business days. I placed another order on On 10/4/22 I received an email that a label was created with *** and a delivery date would be provided. On 10/7/22 I placed another order for 15 items totaling an amount of $150 in which I was advised that my order would ship that week. I contacted the owner on 10/7, 10/8, and 10/10 regarding the status of my 1st order as it is still showing as "label created" on *** website with the tracking number that was provided to me. The owner stated that "*** picked up the package and none of her packages sent that day had been scanned by the driver". On 10/11 I requested a refund for my 1st order and was denied by the owner. I was contacted by several other customers who also purchased from her and never received their orders but were also denied a refund. I asked her to cancel my 2nd order since it had not been processed and to please issue a refund and I have not heard from her since that time. I reached out to her again on 10/12 again asking for a refund or an update to the status of my 2nd order and haven't received a reply. I have copies of our conversations online and have filed a dispute with my bank for the 1st order (total $165). I'm unable to dispute the 2nd transaction for ($150) as her "website is down" and she was paid via cashapp. I would like a refund of my order or delivery of goods that I purchased.
