    October,2022 due to financial difficulties I emailed billing could we pause beginning immediately. It was mentioned October could be set s a last/final payment and I could make half payments. November began/ resumed automatic payments.Dec 8 th, 2022 a card was incorrectly billed. This card was used once months earlier. The billing date is the 16 th each month. The card used wasnt the card used during the automatic set up nor used during the last card payment (November).I sent a message to the ****** who refunded or removed the pending charge and excused the error as someones mistake.Later in early January while scheduling appointments; I inquire as to why no billing since Dec 8 th and was told it was removed by the ******. I have received several late charges and did not know automatic payments was removed as it is their absolute requirement.While to the office Jan 26 th I at arrival requested to speak w/ billing to no avail. In good faith I left a check for $400.00. It has cleared.I would like to have the prior cards on file removed and bill w/ a card exclusive for the account and the recent late fees removed.Who is the office manager ******** or ****?
