  I would give zero stars if I could. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. After applying for a rental property, I was completely ghosted. I only received a response after I mentioned leaving a review. The person who responded lied, claiming they had spoken to my sonwho is only 12 years old. Then, they lied again, saying they had a record of my co-renter calling and being told we were approved as long as no one rented the property before May. If someone else rents it, I would be left scrambling to find another place. I really wish I had read these reviews before applying. Its been a complete waste of time and money. I left a review on ****** and got a phone call from ******* calling me a liar and telling me how much money the company makes, as if that makes them any better.

  My fianc and I are currently living in one of their units and honestly for the first 7 months it wasnt terrible. Mind you, I never heard from the company either because I have always been an on time paying tenant and we have a pretty busy work life. We started having issues in September/October of 2024 when our **** system went out. We went 20 days without AC and our apartment rose to over 85 degrees inside. I normally wouldnt have pressed the issue as much as I did but I am high risk pregnant- and I explained this to them multiple times- and the heat made the apartment inhabitable for me to live in because I was getting overheated and my health was at risk. During that time it was extremely hard to get ahold of them via their maintenance request process and in attempts to contact the office, we got intentionally hung up on twice by one of their employees. Finally, we had a technician come out to look at what was wrong after 15 days of waiting, and he explained he had to order a new motor. He came back the next week and replaced said motor. He left the **** system running with an extremely loud noise (sounded like we were in a factory anytime we had the air on which was all the time) so we knew it probably wasnt fixed correctly. He explained that it had to make that noise in order for the air to run. Of course, not even a month passes and it breaks again. This time during winter temps. It went out in November 23rd 2024 and it is now January 7th ********************************** heard from them since early December. Ee sent them a written notice on December 23rd & decided to place our rent into escrow at the courthouse due to the neglect and have a court date for February. they still attempted to send us a 5 day pay or quit letter via email yesterday trying to terminate our lease and evict us. We want to leave anyways so we will gladly go if they agree to terminate with no evictions or owing them any money. Please dont rent from them! Roaches & mold also

  I lived in one of their properties for two years. After terminating my lease, I reached out to inquire about my deposit. They have yet to reach out or even answer the phone so that I can check on the status of my deposit. They stated that it would be returned to my current mailing address within 30 days; however, this has not been the case. Future residents, please be aware that it is likely that you will not receive your deposit back. I cleaned my unit from top to bottom to include baseboards, doors, lighting fixtures, stove, refrigerator, walls, floors, and even the washer and dryer. It was in a better condition after I moved out than prior to me moving in. As someone who always paid on time and never gave them any trouble, I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone expecting to have their deposit returned.

  Unbelievabely Unprofessional after you're trapped in the lease. I hate the decision I made of renting from them and I just moved in.

  Horrible. First off we loved where we stayed. There was nothing wrong with the area or the complex itself. Neighbors were nice and cordial. We had several problems within the apartment itself. The first problem was the excessive roaches or water bugs we kept seeing. The management itself claimed they had people come and spray but I work from home and never once seen anyone come spray when they said they did. Plus I had cameras inside my house so I know when anyone comes in and out my house. Also there was a leaked that the maintenance claimed came all the way from the third floor into our apartment (mind you we stayed in the basement) they claimed once the leaked dried they wud come back and look at damages and paint. Never did. Also a leak came from outside the window into our room at a later date causing mold to form on our bedroom wall. It started to rain and leak in the apartment itself so bad the beams started to rot. We terminated our lease August 4, 2023 and its October 18 and we still didnt get our deposit back. Very unprofessional and very sorry business.

  I would not recommend this company to anyone. On Christmas day ************************************************************************************************************* my apartment for almost 3 months. Other than drop off 1 case of bottled water (24pack) the company did absolutely NOTHING. Not even answer the phone.At one point I was told that my rent would be prorated each day but that was a lie. They had no intention of doing that and continued to charge full rent, even sending rent reminders via email. Also during this the elevator was out and my apartment was on the 7th floor.When leaving someone reached out and admitted that it was terrible business but offered on compensation.Now that I've moved out I been told that my security deposit would be promptly refunded however 53 days later I still have not received my deposit.Bottom line DONT TRUST MARWAHA.

  Ive been in my current residence for a little over a month! Worst rental company I have ever experienced. They have no clue what theyre doing and dont respond to text/email messages in a timely manner!! I have a 2-year lease with this company and Im already regretting signing with them. I get messages irrelevant to what Ive asked and its like they have no idea what was discussed in previous messages! No place is worth living in if it is run by this company! Beware!!!

  These people lie! Maintenance is a joke. They have had my children and I waiting for over a month for them to fix the heat. The same exact thing happened during the summer with the *** It took almost two months for them to fix it. They kept closing my service request saying that the work had been completed and it was always a lie (both times). They left mold on the floor after I told them about it numerous times was told there was nothing that could be done. The **** floor is coming up and mold is growing and there is nothing they can do? They left a huge patch in the dining area without fixing it. The staff is rude and could care less about anything but collecting rent. But dont let anything break because ***** Marwaha has become a slumlord.

  If I could give zero stars I would. This is a slum lord who really needs to get out of real estate. Properties are neglected. Maintenance is a non-existent. Staff change monthly so please document every phone call and keep all emails because if something comes up later the burden of proof will be on the tenant. If you rent from them do not expect anything, not even the bare minimum. Do not rent from this company!!
