    My car was illegally towed from a parking space at my residence. The company demanded I pay all cash and would not give me any form of documentation to prove what had occurred. I called the police and the **** both had no reports of my car being towed. The dispatcher informed me that what had happened was highly illegal and I needed to immediately take action. I was charged $215 cash to get my car back from the company or else they wouldnt release my car. The employee also threatened me by saying You dont want to take it to this level. when I called and asked about why they couldnt provide documentation, then the employee proceeded to hang up on me. I feel threatened and unsafe at this point due to the actions of these people. I am afraid Ill be targeted for confronting their scam to them, something must be done. They are taking cash and pocketing it, avoiding reporting the money to anyone else.

    My car was towed and impounded by this company with no knowledge to me. It took a while to finally locate my car and then get in touch with the company. I was then told it would be an 800 fee to get the car from the impound just to fix it. I was the told theyd move it down to 500 since I have to get my car fixed there. When I finally went to the shop, I was told a lot of conflicting information such as it was 225 to tow and 55/day to store the car. Upon entering the shop I see signs with different prices none stating the one I was given. The signs also stated there is a $65/day fee for any cars impounded after 4:30 ($20 after hours + an additional $45 after hour/weekend fee.) on top of a $45/day impound fee. That would make a grand total of $110/day and that doesnt included other fees they have already added on. I find this to be exploitative and conning as they have varying prices and fees. They also purposely try to hike up fees so you will sell your car for an extremely low price just so they can fix it to sell for profit. I found this company to lack integrity as their only goal is siphon as much money from the customers as they can, so they can have top profit. I would like assistance with this matter as I believe I am being unfairly exploited, but regardless of the outcome for me, I believe this company and their practices should be investigated.
