I purchased three courses through K12 for homeschool use but was never able to access them and I received the runaround when I contacted their customer service to get the issue resolved. On 9/7/21 I purchased three independent study courses from this company (****** Physical Science, ***** ****** Math 8 ISP, and ***** ****** Language Arts 8 ISP all with start dates of 9/9/21) for a total of $702.00. My order confirmation number is ********. I never received a welcome email with log-in information and was unable to access the courses. I contacted K12 customer services numerous times, over several hours, and talked to numerous representatives. The customer service reps simply hung up, or transferred me endlessly, and no one could tell me why I couldn't access my courses. I received the runaround and nothing was fixed. I'm still unable to access the courses I purchased and they can't fix it. I was charged for courses I was never able to access and K12 was unable to resolve the issue.Business response

My son was enrolled in the k12 international academy for the spring semester 2021. I was not happy with his experience and tried to withdraw him in June so that we could enroll in another school. The company drug their feet for two months delaying the process and holding up our enrollment at his new school. They charged me for two months' tuition during that time and were very difficult and even rude when I called on the phone to get help. He is finally withdrawn and my money was refunded but his transcripts were incomplete. I paid parchment to obtain his academic records and they were incomplete. I would like a full copy of his grades from each class for the spring semester. This school should not even be accredited and this should not even be a problem. A student's transcripts should include all of their grades and a school should not delay the withdraw process for a student. I have attached his incomplete transcript which I paid for through parchment which is missing grades.Business response

K12 Private Academy appreciates the feedback from ************* and the opportunity to address her concerns. It is possible that the student's grades had not been finalized when the initial transcript was sent on Aug. 5, 2021; however, the current transcript from Aug. 13, 2021 (attached), does have *****'s complete academic history. Please let us know if you have any additional comments or concerns.
