    I have paid the bill for this account. The payments are not being credited to my account ******** document, that I have attached with this, clearly shows that the bank has paid this off at my request from my HSA bank account. I have sent the copy of the document to the billing department of this company as well and nothing is being done to credit my account status showing paid in full. This place even sent my account to a collection agency, even tho I was making on time payments..

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.


    I did send this business proof of bank statement showing of **** is paid  IN FULL as well as sending the proof to the collection agency that this business handed this account over to..
