            I was assigned a realtor ******************* with Ingram and Associates Management that was assigned by United Veterans to help me find an purchase a home and I paid $500 of my ******* as a down payment and handed to my realtor ******************* who works for Ingram and Associates Management to apply as a down payment to purchase. However, the deal did not go through due to the builder raising the price of the home but it appraised for a lower price. So, United Veterans did not agree to offer the new price because the home appraised for less and I did not get the home. United Veterans provided Ingram and Associates and I with the denial letter that states the reason for not proceeding is due to inadequate appraisal and unable to proceed. This was on October 28, 2022 and I have not received my ******* money of $500 back from Ingram and Associates Management. It is now December 8, 2022. The realtor *******************, is saying he does not know when I will be getting my money back from his the company. I just my ******* returned to me which is overdue in process.

            Company ask for application fee and when rental property is requested the Agency says a more qualified renter has been selected. Applications are held on file for thirty days with no offer of refund. I have applied for two properties in the last twenty days and each time a more "Qualified" applicant was approved. That means my application fee has been absorbed and will not be refunded. Do you know how many others may have experienced this same fate and seems like a racket to scam people out of their money while telling people there was a more "Qualified" applicant. Rental properties do not update frequently within the thirty day window so the applicant has to apply by providing an additional fee.
