1 starCheats I had $10,000 stolen and $2978 was for tax and tags I was given fake tags and the car was impounded. Leesburg Auto Imports still havent given me tags or paid the taxes or helped me with anything. *** filed a lawsuit against them, they are blaming everything on ******************* who was the finance director but its not her its the owners. ******************* won her lawsuit against them. She told me about a lot of wrong doing theyve done including selling stolen cars falsifying records stealing money from customers and issuing fake tags amongst other things. Really bad people dont buy anything from them theyre criminals. One star is too high a rating for them but you have to give a star rating in order to leave a review.Review fromCherie H

CARFAX price and website price was the same until I test drove the car. Then they changed the website price to $3000 more. He said they made a mistake but it is clearly documented on CARFAX they have slowly lowered the price over the last month. So it wasn’t a mistake.Leesburg Auto Import, LLC

Russell,
We take customer satisfaction seriously and are disappointed to hear that our pricing did not meet your expectations. We include both a $1000 finance coupon as well as a $1000 trade-in coupon in all of our listed internet prices, per the terms of sale. Our prices fluctuate daily as we constantly try to price aggressively to keep up with the competitiveness of the market.

1 starI recently experienced having also having a advertised price with the additional 999 fee that I was okay with. Sitting down I asked for an out the door price. They handed me a postnote with a total cost several thousand dollars more than I ever expected. Lori said they have an atomatic additional cost of $3600. I wondered why they didnt add this price into the advertised price if they knew that they had an additional set fee. I tried to contact the owner hoping he could resolve my issuebut he never replied. However later that day the vehicle ad stated" No longer available ". In my opinion this practice is wrong and have noted that the same issue was reviewed 5 months ago and the purchaser had agreed on a price, given a $1000 down payment, traveled 5 hours only to hear they had a $5000 fee they had left off. 1 starThe original agreement on July 15, 2023 with Lori was contingent upon the repairs of the Air Conditioner, Headlights, turn signals, automatic trunk release, leaking sun roof and a spare tire and jack was supposed to be provided. Regrettably, upon taking possession of the vehicle on July 26th, 2023. I observed that the "promised repairs" had not been performed, and no contract, temporary tags, or registration were provided upon pickup. Additionally, upon receiving the loan notification from Capital One financial, it came to my attention that the contract stipulated a purchase price of $22,249.01, which is $7000 higher than our original agreement. $3,000 requesting to be refunded promptly due to the failure to meet the agreed-upon terms. Initiated a dispute with my bank regarding the loan contract and $3,000 down payment pending investigation. Attempted to contact Leesburg Auto dealership multiple times via phone, texts and email to address these issues, but regrettably, my attempts have gone unanswered, and I have been met with intentional delays to prevent me from cancelling the GAP insurance and warranty. Immediate reimbursement for the repairs I personally undertook to bring the vehicle up to an acceptable standard of roadworthiness in compliance with the MD Motor Vehicle Administration. Prompt refund without contest of the $3,000 down payment due to the failure to fulfill the terms of our agreement. I was harassed into giving this payment all while knowing cash should not have been involved in this transaction considering it is a credit transaction and not a cash transaction. Provision of the necessary tags, title and registration for the vehicle to establish legal ownership and compliance with regulatory requirements, in accordance with MD Motor Vehicle Administration. Correction of the loan contract to accurately reflect the originally agreed-upon price of $17,844.05, in compliance with the requirements of the federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA).Review fromRoberto S.

1 starVery upset we were sold a car with No Oil in the engine. We drove off of the lot, went about 25 miles and the car display let us know there was no oil in the car. There we were stuck on the side of the road with this newly purchased BMW that had no oil inside. We drove my car to go get oil to put inside of the BMW so that we could make it home because at this point the dealership was closed and we were forced to remove the car from the highway due to the towing sticker we received during the time it took to go find oil. There sits the car in our yard unable to be driven because it has diminished power due to whatever errors occurred not having oil inside the engine. This happened June 10, 2023. We still have not gotten any clear resolve from Lori. When she was first told about the situation she said she would schedule an oil change. I don't think she understood the severe nature of the issue nor did she even try to correct it right away. We are beyond an oil change we are talking a possible engine failure. So who can I speak with that is above Lori who will genuinely care and help? Because we are definitely not feeling the love right now.Review fromAllison A

1 starWARNING: DONT BUY FROM HERE! THEY WILL LIE, FORGE SIGNATURES, AVOID PHONE CALLS, SNEAK IN FEES, THE LIST GOES ON. I reached out to them to buy a car for a good price. I’m from out of town, So I told them I’d have to do it all over the phone or through email. They tell me the car is available, I get approved and pay the down payment to secure it. She starts sending over paperwork, and the car is priced $3.5k higher BEFORE the fees and registration. I asked Lori about the price difference, and if we would honor our original price. She LIES to me and says the price just looks like that, but it is including taxes and fees. So I ask her to send me a copy of the contract before I sign to see a better breakdown of the costs. In the full contract, the price of the car with fees added up an extra $9.5k. What fees could possible add up to $9.5k??? By the end of the term I was approved for, I would have paid more than double what the car was listed for online. We eventually just asked Lori for a refund on our down payment since we hadn’t signed anything yet, and we felt they were being dishonest. She told us they would not give us a refund. We asked her to just fix the contract then and send us an updated one and she never did. A few days later, I get a text from her saying we legally own the car and it will go down as a repossession. I reminded her that we never signed anything, and she insists that she has signed paperwork from me. Mind you, I don’t even live in the same state, I was purchasing from out of town, through phone and email! She FORGED MY SIGNATURE and is trying to FORCE me to buy a car with almost $10k in extra fees. I’m lucky to have a pre-paid legal team, or they would try to take advantage of me. These people will try to ROB YOU!!! RUN!!
