    ********* sales !! Sold extra wind protection up to 140 mph !! Roof started tearing off with 50 mph winds ! Called and was told no warranty! Wind was first experienced since installed and it the cover was 15 months old . We have 8 other metal covers on property only alans failed ! Not a company i would do business with again !

    STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! WAITED FOREVER AND THEN SCHEDULED FOR 11/14/24. CALLED ME THE DAY BEFORE INSTALL TO TELL ME THE INSTALLER HAD TRUCK ISSUES. THEY RESCHEDULED MY 30X40 CARPORT TO 11/20/24. TRUCK MUST HAVE NEEDED AN ENGINE SWAP (SARCASM). WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE THERE 1ST THING IN THE MORNING. ON 11/20 AND AFTER TAKING OFF WORK THEY NEVER CALLED AND NEVER SHOWED. LATER THAT AFTERNOON, AFTER NO COMMUNICATION, I REQUESTED A FULL REFUND. THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL AND TRY TO WORK IT OUT. THEY JUST SAID, NO PROBLEM. I ASSUMED THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE ANYONE IN THE **** TO DO THE *** AND THAT WAS THE EASIEST WAY OUT FOR THEM. FIND SOMEONE LOCAL AS THEY DON'T HAVE THEIR DUCKS IN A ROW.

    Alans Factory Outlet is a resaler of buildings and do not manufacturer or install what they sell. I was not aware of this and made a purchase with deposit. The communication between Alans and Carolina ******** was horrendous. No one ever returned calls that were promised "the next day". When I called back, it was always a different person who nothing about the situation. I was told I would have to provide a lift for the install because my concrete pad was too high above grade and the installers don't use ladders, I agreed. After the site visit, an additional $2500 was added to the price without explanation. They stated the installers would have to carry materials over 500' because they couldn't access the job site. The garage is in my driveway, 40' wide and 115' from the state paved road. I've had cranes, concrete trucks, concrete pump trucks in my driveway without issue. When I requested explanation for the increased price, they could not provide one and kept stating they had to get in touch with the installer. After a week with no communication I demanded they acknowledge the original price and I would provide for lift and they said no and never provided an explanation for the increased price. I cancelled the order for a refund of the deposit. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AT BEST AND BORDERLINE FRAUD!

    My experience with Alan's Factory Outlet was GREAT! The ordering process was very easy and informative in itself. Once I placed my order, they communicated regularly to keep me in the loop. They scheduled the installation and were on time and installed the carport in no time. They made certain that I was happy with the placement and installation. The carport itself was of high quality and I am very pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend them for your project!!!

    I'm seeing that this is not the only review in this category after reading some of the other ones just now, these people make the process of designing your building very very easy and pricing the options that you want. But the problem start there, they have no problem taking your deposit however when they tell you a building is expected to be delivered within a two-week margin of the span they give you and at the very end of that they want to add on another month or more, that is actually horrible service, and they want to blame it on the builder that is their fault, it doesn't take 3 months to cut up metal and make 2x2 square tubes and load them on a truck and deliver them to a location and put that structure together, but at the end of that time when they tell you it's not ready then you're starting the process all over, luckily there are companies out there that don't have that wait, so do your homework when you research the delivery time and make sure that there's some kind of accountability if it's not ready by that time and not just a sorry we're busy or behind excuse, I will never refer this company to anybody and I hope that people read reviews before they continue to do business with them

    ****'s is a very reliable and efficient company. The website is fun, easy, and perfect for generating just the structure you desire. After ordering, the staff was very helpful and pleasant. The only other note I have is to be patient! It says it can take 60 to 90 days before it's installed, and out here at the limit of there area it took about 75. But it was SO worth it. And what a savings. And the contractors used were equally fantastic. They all communicate regularly to keep you up to date and do a great job with parts and Installation. My 30x25 enclosed carport took 2 hours and 20 minutes to install! It was more fun than watching a movie! I highly recommend ****'s! And yes I'm a actual customer from southern *******.

    Had it a couple of months now and no leaks and has held up during storms with 70 mph winds. Took no time to install once they started. Cleaned up their mess. Came a day early which worked for me. Would recommend if they have same work ethics. Like being able to design what I wanted.

    The team at Alan's factory outlet were very helpful, and, given how cheap it was for a big metal building, I'm really impressed at the quality and workmanship of my new garage. The building crew was great as well, and it came out looking exactly like what it looked like in the configuration tool on their website. I've never felt so compelled to leave a positive review here on BBB before, but Alan's Factory Outlet deserves it.

    Love the garage. The crew who installed the garage were efficiently, friendly and totally great.If I ever build another building I will go with Alan's Factory Outlet and Eagle Buildings ******* was so much help. Thank you

    I have never seen any business with so many positive reviews especially with the BBB which most only contact when there is a problem. I think these reviews are fake. There may actually be one that is real but it looks like it was for a different company mistakenly. It was the only review with less than 5 stars.
