            I took my Toyota Rav4 to Bergland Toyota in ********* *** for my normal oil change on 11-16-23. I only let Bergland service do all my servicing for all my vehicles I have purchased from them. In January the check engine light came on especially when I overfilled the gas tank. I made and appointment on 1-24-24 for the light. I got to Bergland on 1-24-24 and the light was off.. My vehicle was not serviced because the light was off and I was told to stop overfilling the gas tank, On 3/23/24 the check engine light came back on and my son called and said it cut off in traffic. I had it towed to Bergland Toyota in *********. They checked it on Monday 3/25/24 and **** called and said the vehicle didn't have any oil in it and needed a motor which would be around $6600, I immediately said you all do all my oil changes so what happen because I don't look under the hood. He stated anything could have happened but the did what they were suppose to have done in November with the normal oil change. I stated the oil didn't come on and he stated it won't come on??? I know I'm a female but how would I have known I need oil when the light wouldn't come on??? **** gave me this number ************** to call to see if I could get some help on the bill because Bergland in *********, Virginia could only give $100 towards the bill!!! I feel its on Bergland about because I trusted them will all my VEHICLES and pay them. I feel because I'm a female I would go along with what they say but this is NOT RIGHT!! **** has been calling me everyday to keep me inform on the repairs. **** stated the day my truck will probably be ready by Friday 3/29/24. I have been a loyal customer of Toyota but if they don't fix the problem I will NO LONGER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM TOYOTA!! I just purchased a 2024 Rav4 2 weeks ago. I have purchase 5 trucks from Toyota so I hope they make it right because this is not FAIR THAT I HAVE TO PAY ALL THIS MONEY AND IT WASN'T MY FAULT!!! I DIDN'T CHANGED THE OIL BERGLAND DID!

            I owed a refund from company and have been told by 3 different employees that they would call me back with an answer on where my refund check twice by phone and once by in person
