    I purchased a used Nissan and extended warranty from this dealer. I had the car in several times for annual inspection and needed maintenance for a relay switch issue. When the car started emitting white smoke from the exhaust, it was discovered the normal and expected maintenance had not been done by the service department including checking the oil and fluids, and the subject was never even broached when I had picked it up-I discovered the maintenance computer has never been reset, and the notifications were set to "OFF". Now there is some question as if the entire warranty may be invalidated by lack of maintenance. The service manager stated that the service department only performed the exact services requested when the vehicle is brought in annually, and that it must now be taken to a Nissan dealer; additionally, I am free to take my business elsewhere since I "obviously do not trust them."

    On 4-6-22 I brought my Honda to Billy Craft Honda to look into the reason the SRS light was on. For $78.00 they diagnosed the problem as a faulty front impact sensor. They would order the part and install it the following week. From this time to the following week the price had gone from $60 to $400 to $524.02 which included $15.00 for “shop supplies” ! I came in the following week (4-15-22) and they installed this front impact sensor. Still the SRS light had remained on. Apparently the $78.00 diagnosis really didn’t properly diagnose! Now they said I needed a right side impact sensor! So now they would order that part and install it the following week (4-21-22). It turns out the part would not arrive till 5-5-22… then 6-6-22… then sometime in July (maybe). Now because of this SRS malfunction I could not pass the state safety inspection which the current sticker expired in April. Which means I could not operate this vehicle legally. Now all the while I found that this part was available from other authorized Honda dealers, but Billy Craft would not consider any such part source, but the ones they use. So in a nut shell I paid Billy Craft Honda a total of $602.02 and landed up with a car that didn’t get fixed and I couldn’t legally drive. Way to take care of the customer Billy Craft!!!!!
