    I received a **** of ***** for my January 2022 service. I had to look at my Ring camera to even verify someone had been to my home. Dodson has been calling me for over a year to setup appointments. They decided not to call this time and instead showed up when no one was home. Because of that, they only sprayed the outside and not the inside. I attemped resolution with the *************** and they said the tech would reach out to my to spray the inside. They never did. Finally after 2 weeks of waiting with no resolution, I sent a message to the *************** requesting they cancel my service and provide me with a $32.50 credit since they only did half the service. I paid the remaining $32.50 on March 2, 2022. They have never credited my account so now I am receiving a collection letter from the Dodson office for the remaining $32.50. I want the $32.50 credited as it was supposed to. I will attach all documentation.
