    this was about the first part of 2023. I contacted cenvar to discuss a solar system for my house. he said that he need 12 months of light bills. i gave him 12 months of light bills. he figured a system for my home. he said that i need 8.5 system and he gave me a price of app 24000.00. i said that i would give 21000.00 and i would send a check. he said ok, no questions, nothing. everything set to go foward. the panels arrived one day. the next day they came to install the panels. ******* is the company that monitors the panels for you. they installed a 6.9 solar system. i asked what this is, his response was that's nothing, don't worry about it. it should have been 8.5 solar system. he never said that the money that i offered was not enough to cover the 8.5 system. they just put in a smaller system. this should not be allowed for companies to do business this way. i have the light bills that were used to figure the system. the thing is he was trying to sell a larger system than i needed. this was all done over the cell phone. it took 8 months to get them to send me a written contract. it's a lot of complaints about all the solar companies that install solar. ths ****** ***** *** *** **** *****************  i have sent a letter to attorney general of virginia.

    Hello, The provided contract showcases the agreed upon system size. As you can see it states, 6.885 kW. Furthermore, our current Solar CEO, **** reached out to Mr, ***** to gather more information. At the time of the contract and install **** was not on our team and he wanted to ensure he talked to Mr. ***** individually to come to a resolution. Unfortunately, when **** asked if/how we could come to a resolution, Mr. ***** had to end the call and we have not heard from him since. Thank you,Cenvar Roofing & Solar

    I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. i just viewed the message from cenvar solar. how did i sign anything, when it took 6 months to get a contract. they never contacted me to discuss anything, nobody did. the other day i got a c all from someone , he said he was with cenvar solar, he stated that he had not been there very long, and asked me to help him understand what was wrong. so i told him. the contract that you see, i did not sign it. the contract show a 6.88 system. we talked about a 8.5 system.. 6.88 never came up. they can tell you anything. he knew exactly what he was doing.HE MADE A SALE. THS ****** *****

    Hello, The screenshot provided is a text thread between Mr. ***** and his Solar Specialist, **** *******. This confirms that Mr. ***** signed and agreed that the contract was signed on 5/4/23. Furthermore, the second attachment is an email thread between our Solar team and ***** *******. Mr. ******* works for ******** ********* and approved Mr. *****'s system to be turned on at the provided date of 8/29/23. This furthermore proves Mr. *****'s system could not have been installed before the signed agreement as we did not get approved to turn his system on until August of 2023, almost 4-months after the proof of his signed agreement in May of 2025. Thank you,Cenvar Roofing & Solar
