Earth Right Mid-Atlantic is a horrible company. I have tried for months to resolve my issues, and as of writing this I am 451 days into a 180 day contract, that still is not complete or issues resolved. My unresolved issues are as follows: 1. I was promised a 22.8Mwh annual system that is only performing at 7.6 Mwh for the entire solar year. 2. They were contracted to install an external generator plug and all corresponding wiring to remain in code with VA requirements, and there is no plug installed. 3. They contracted a sub-par contractor to install my new energy efficient roof, and the roof installation damaged my gutters and siding. They used the discount I negotiated for the roof repairs, to pay for the gutters the roofing company damaged. 4. They were supposed to install a solar controller that would allow me to purchase and install batteries next year, but they installed one that would not allow for batteries, so they can charge me for the new solar controller as well as the batteries. 5. When corresponding with the manager ***** *********, the only response you receive is "I will look into it and get back to you," but he never gets back to you.Business response

This customer entered information through a 3rd party requesting a solar quote.(See attached)Our team called several times responding to the request. We have now removed them from our database. Our company was only doing what was requested on July 25th. I'm very surprised that a complaint was filed when all they had to do was tell us to remove them and we would have without issue. We take pride in customer service as anyone can see from our reviews. Thank youCustomer response

On 3/28/2022 I signed an agreement to have (19) additional solar panels installed on my roof to further reduce my electric bill. On October 17, 2018 I had Earth Right install the (25) solar panels which I am still paying for. On May 2, 2022 my car was t-boned, my wrist fractured, and my car was totaled. Since I am currently out of work and need to replace my car, I contacted Corey Argentino (owner) to inform him that I needed to cancel this contract that was scheduled to be installed on June 15, 2022. He informed me that if I cancel this additional solar panel installation I will owe him $750 even though no work has been completed. Because of my current financial challenges I don't have $750 to pay him for services not rendered, let alone to find another vehicle so I can resume work once my wrist heals.Business response

I have spoken with the customer and it seems like this was a misunderstanding. They did not know that this had gone to permitting and engineering. I’ve emailed them the structural approval, ******* county permit, and the actual plans that had all been done already. I’ve been dealing with this particular customer for many years, and when they signed the contract we did what we do every single time and started the process. They actually called us to come back out as we were extremely busy and could not get out to them right away. I even changed my consultants schedule just to get out with the proposal/contract that they ended up signing. I have a call with them tomorrow to work all of this out and I’m positive we will come to an agreement. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.Customer response
