    I have sent details to the BBB serving Western VA via the email link on this site. It was too long to include here. I paid the repair facility $400 for the new windshield and its installation. How much of that was profit for the repair facility is unknown.

    WE WILL NEVER AGAIN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! My son took his car to have the windshield replaced last week. The windshield has been whistling ever since. We figured out this morning that the ENTIRE passenger side of the windshield is NOT SEALED! My son called and the man (OWNER) told him he couldn’t do it today, it would have to be tomorrow because he didn’t have anyone, then hung up. I called the man back and told him the window is leaking and we are expecting severe heavy storms/rain tomorrow and it needed to be done today. THE OWNER GOT SMART WITH ME saying “We don’t deliver all windshields with leaks, we just gave you the leak special!” He then says we can be there tomorrow morning or not and hung up on me! Mad is an understatement!
