      We have been long time customers and in the past year we have had spotty service for our trash and recycles. Most recently the past five weeks they have missed our recycles three times. When we call to report they “promise” they will be out the next day and each time they fail to pick up. I have written to the President and Vice President of the company by mail, not email, and have yet to receive a response. It’s been a couple months now. Unsatisfactory service for what we pay. We will seek an alternative service provider. I do not recommend American Disposal. They don’t deliver and they blatantly lie to their customers.

      They do not follow the rules they have put on their website. Trash doesn't get picked up as many times as it used too, but we still pay them the same amount? why? Its a FRAUD company, they wait for you to become a customer with them and then change the trash pick up policy? They advertise one thing, and do another.

      They never collect when they say, making empty promises. Customer service is the worse, stating they can't give credit when they fail to collect for 3 consecutive weeks. If I could give 0 stars I would.

      One star minus. In my case, fails to pick up trash about 50% of the time. Unreliable and no surprise to see all the one stars on this site. How American Disposal Service remains in business is a disappointment and they don't deserve the the first word in their title. A disgrace to America. Had no problem with Republic Services, cannot even remember a time in 16 years that they failed to pickup up; but in the case of American Disposal Services, I'm getting tired of calling their office about it. They either don't show, or park idling in front of my house for an hour, then drive away without touching my receptacles. If I have any influence with the HOA before their current contract expires, we won't continue with American Disposal Services.

      Bad customer service. Bad attitude, cheating by overcharge on the monthly bill. The worse company service I ever have in my life. We had never charged for the amount of trash over the lid container but now we were twice for 2 months in a row. We urgently want to talk to supervisor who in charge on this matter

      Worst service my trash has not been getting picked last 3 weeks take all my payments on time I have been contacting cs last 3 weeks all they say sorry we made a note we will send a truck where is YOUR DAMN TRUCK

      Worst service I have ever experienced. They are inconsistent with picking up our trash when scheduled and are far more expensive than other reliable companies. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

      This company is worse trash service I have ever experiences. They cut the service days to 50% , Fees went up about 15% and still miss the collection dates periodically, I have Yard waste sitting Infront of my my house for the past 4 weeks. I can prove that with my surveillance cameras. Fairfax county need to take an action.
