Worst company ever! Never live on any of their properties! Management and leasing staff will never do anything about issues in the apartment or neighbors. No follow through about any issues and false promises about resolutions. Never trust anyone from this company, all liars and frauds. Will say anything to get people to live in their communities and never make the community hospitable. Always issues and never resolutions, horrible management and leadership. Will only take your money, avoid at all cost. Couldn’t recommend a worse place to live, literally the most terrible community management and leasing office staff. They can never provide any assistance. Save your money and mental health and go somewhere elseReview from Lee S

Unfortunately this property management just doesnt care about anyone or anything. The property they own in Maryland, was able to receive county rental assistance for COVID, and in order to receive more than just the two months of late rent (1300 x 2) , plus extra money equaling $12k, in lieu of $600 fees in late fees and attorney fees combined. and ignored the multiple calls and emails. At first I thought it was my property manager just not asking them, it made no sense to me being that I was also in real estate and my family especially s involved in property management with apartments through Bozzuto, I just thought it was insane that I had to contact a county mediation to get this resolved!!! They are doing all types of illegal things at this Montgomery County Property and the county is being nformed.
