    Sold Me a Lemon - Avoid This Dealership! By *************************** from ********* Md I purchased a car from Auto Connection on Feb 23, 2024, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Within the same day of driving the car off the lot, I started experiencing major issues. Multiple lights came on the front dash, hot and cold meter is jumping up and down, and despite taking it back to the dealership for repairs, the problems persist.The sales team was friendly enough when they were trying to make the sale, but once the car was sold, their attitude completely changed. They became dismissive and unhelpful, refusing to take responsibility for the faulty vehicle they sold me. The mechanic clearly told me that he ordered the parts to fix the issues which he never received, but its ok to still drive the vehicle and now my vehicle is down. They even suggested that the issues were somehow my fault, which is utterly ridiculous given the short amount of time I had the car before problems arose.Whats worse is that after doing some research, I discovered that this dealership has a history of selling lemons. I wish I had looked into their reputation more thoroughly before making my purchase. Now, my vehicle is sitting at the dealership. With no repairs being made, while I'm still paying a car note and insurance for a vehicle i cannot drive.Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. This dealership clearly does not value their customers or uphold any standards of honesty and integrity. I would not recommend Auto Connection in ******** ******** to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

    Never will we go here again. We were sold a lemon. Car started leaking 2 days after purchase and they did nothing to resolve the issue on my wife's vehicle. Totally unprofessional and do NOT keep their promises at all.

    Don’t go here this is all a scam I was told I got a car loan for 27000.00 I get there running my credit hoping a bank would approve me for a loan I was told to ask for Jay Tony or Chris never seen them I got there at 12pm I left at 2:30pm because they were still trying to get a car loan so I left they some straight shit

    Dear Mrs. Jones. Sorry you are not happy with your experience. When purchasing a car and getting a loan sometimes we are at the mercy of how busy the bank is and at times it take a little bit longer for them to completely process everything. When you arrive we have to send them over your pay stubs, driver license and other docs to get you verified. I wish we could make the process move faster at times however this is not in our control. You would have left in a car that day and if you chose to give us another chance please call our customer care # at *************

    Terrible experience.. I bought a 2019 Mitsubishi outlander and had problems from the start . From the beginning tony hassled me over my insurance because my mother was listed as additional driver which is totally ok since ive been with my insurance since high school. After that I finally got the car only had it for 2 weeks and the check engine light came on instead of taking care of it i had to call multiple times and speak to multiple people to schedule a service appointment. After that they wouldn’t pay for the tow truck to have it towed there and i live over a hour away . The vehicle was not drivable and hade major engine issues. They tried to force me into the vehicle. I was offered a loner and i ask why dont i just take the loaner as my new vehicle. Chris and tony who clearly do not communicate with one another gave me two different down payment pricing. I was told that I needed to put an additional 2k down and then they up the down payment to 3k . Even after I agreed they said they would not give me time to pay off this new crazy down payment. After arguing for 4 hrs and not getting any progress I decided to give up . Then chris said he was going to cancel my deal . I drove from silver spring md to this dealership and all they did was jerk me around and speak nasty to me . Very unprofessional please save your time and money.. they are completely garbage and will mess your credit up after so you cant buy a car elsewhere. Its sad that in 2023 we are still dealing with people who have no decent heart or bone in their bodies. This was by far the most terrible experience and i lost 300 of my down payment due to fees …… please warning do not go here save your time and money
