Purehealth is not refunding my November, 2020 order (***********) $93.60, paid for from my ****** account, in accordance with their 1 year money back satisfaction guarantee. They have instead, credited my ****** account with someone elses order ($245, their customer ***** *****) which , since that order does not match my order number or amount with ******, I have no access to. Despite email requests and phone calls to Purehealth, they have not done what they promised- to correct their 'error,' and issue to my ****** account, the correct amount ($93.60) and referencing MY order number. Thank you for raising the concern. We have refunded the wrong amount to the customer. Upon reviewing the concern, we refunded $245 instead of only $93.60. We are correcting the error.Customer response

Within the last week or so, I have begun receiving multiple unsolicited emails from PureHealth Research. They are ads for products such as toe nail fungus relief. I did not request the information and never purchased or used the products being advertised. There is an unsubscribe option in the email, but when accessed, a googlelead message states that the message is not from their server. I presume this means that they are not able to handle the unsubscribe request. No other options are offered. I did submit an unsubscribe request via email using the PureHealth Request website, at 9:30 pm on August 22, 2021. Obviously, the company has not yet had time to respond. However, since I read similar complaints listed on the PureHealth Research website, along with the complaint that they refused to respond, I wanted to involve BBB to ensure that the removal request would not be ignored.Customer response

When I contacted PureHealth Research about unwanted advertising emails, I received an email in reply promising to remove my name from their mailing list. I have received no more of their advertising emails.
