      absolutely horrible company. bought a couple thousand dollar desk and it chips so easily, tried to get touch up paint or some guidance and they could care less. Bought it through furniture unlimited and they tried also but failed. And of course I could not return it.. DO NOT BUY CHEAP FURNITURE.

      I would leave a zero if possible. I paid $3500 for a dining room table and 18 months in it is warping in 4 different places. Hooker only offers a 1 year guarantee on their wood products and told me there is nothing they will do. This company has been in business for many years and I own several other pieces from them but this is inexcusable to treat a customer this way. We are not talking about a table that gets a lot of use.

      We purchased a dining table from Hooker furniture. It was delivered unsealed. The first dinner left the table top with huge blisters after moisture got into it. $3500 later we can’t get a response from the appropriate department at Hooker. Our first email was answered and diverted to their ecommerce department. Their phone # says email communication only, we wrote several emails, no one bothered to respond. Once you purchase their inferior made product, you are on your own. I cannot recommend their products, customer service is a foreign word for them. Based on the all around failure to address our issue with THEIR product, invest your hard earned money into a company that actually gives a crap about you.

      Pull ring on our $5,000 armoire broke. Impossible to get into contact with this company. Phone call refers to email. Email server keeps sending an automated response.

      Currently we are only available via email for consumers. I do not see that we have received an email from the email address on this complaint. All emails that come through our system will receive an automated response letting you know that we received the email from you. It will also let you know that if you have not included certain information, we will have to have this before proceeding with handling your issue. Also, our retailers are able to order parts for you as well.       I have purchased 7 Hooker furniture items from * ***** ***** ********** ***** in ***** ******** ** on July 13th, 2024. I have always been a big fan of Hooker but the recent experience has really frustrated me and my family. First of all, I waited almost 12 weeks for my shipment to arrive only to find out: 1) The Hooker cocktail table (638-50359-WH) has a couple of minor cracks on the edge of the tabletop. 2) Magnets are missing from the Hooker Cabinet (7228-55010-02). 3) Hooker Dresser is on backorder (6120-90002-05 Cascade Dresser). This was a surprise to me as I thought all shipments had arrived. I am not sure why this unit requires more than 12 weeks to deliver. 4) Hooker Nightstand (6120-90015-05). I need to replace this nightstand due to poor workmanship. The surface was damaged (i believe it is paint???) I have sent a separate email to Hooker Customer Service with proof of pictures on abovementioned. I really hope that Hooker can work with my store ** ***** ***** ************ to resolve all these quality concerns. With Hooker's reputation, it is hard to imagine that most of the furniture delivered are below par. Pls help! Tony and Daisy

      Hooker has amazing furniture with incredible quality. Having sold furniture for years from various companies and knowing the 'industry' well, I will only buy Hooker furniture from now on. Absolutely beautiful.

      Purchased Hooker Surf Rider Bedroom Suite from ****** ******** a little over two years ago. 1. We loved how sturdy the pieces are made. 2. We hate that the wood/top part of the nightstands are peeling off? Pieces look terrible after two years. 3. Company said warrarty has past so no help. 4. Just writing this so others would know not to buy this bedroom suite.

      Recently bought several pieces of furniture from Hooker. The latest issue we have is a handle on the 12-drawer captain dresser( Rhapsody Collection- middle bottom drawer) that just broke off when we went to pull the drawer open. The furniture is about a year and a half old. Hooker refuses to send us a new handle but is demanding that we, the owners were "abusive" of the handle. Seriously? This is similar to when our dining table began to bubble on top and we were accused of leaving standing water on the table to CAUSE the problem. We also live in AZ where everything dries in minutes and humidity is non-existent. We also are a house of adults and care meticulously for what we own. Again, under a year of ownership. Now, to get a new handle we have to pay for it. Though the handle is not cost-prohibitive, the point is that they do not stand behind their product. Just a note, our last furniture that lasted decades was *******. When we had a handle problem they sent us an envelope of new handles (since we had a dining set and bedroom set) JUST IN CASE another one broke. We were not accused of being abusive with the furniture either. Though the furniture is beautiful, we have had some issues and I am sorry that Hooker doesn't stand stronger behind their product.

      I recently purchased the Hooker leather sofa Yates as well as the matching chair. The photograph on all websites for this item is a completely different color than the couch and chair I received. I asked prior to ordering for a sample and the sample I received closely resembled the pictures. This sofa and chair are terrible by comparison. They are almost orange in color. Disgusting. Nobody from Hooker will bother to contact me directly. They only responded via my furniture store in saying they are not responsible for the way some leather material turns out. Seriously????? Why post a picture of something that does not resemble what the customer receives...... and why not stand behind your product. Why don't you put a disclaimer on the picture warning prospective customers that they will not receive furniture that resembles this picture!!! I will not stop putting the word out for the over $6000 disgusting product....... Hooker will get plenty of advertisement for this.

      Our journey in buying what we thought was a quality executive Telluride desk and bookshelves began over 4 months. This $7,000 journey has now become the most laborious purchase I have ever made in my lifetime. We have now gone through two different vendors and the desk has been sent 5 different times damaged. We finally have the two bookshelves but cannot get the desk situation resolved. I like many others on these current reviews is beginning to wonder that the quality of Hooker products are not of the same quality of my prior years of owning Hooker furniture. Our second local furniture store is now telling me they will no longer order another Telluride desk because of the damages they have received over the last three shipments and it has become too much of a challenge for them. They want me to order another brand black desk, which we both know, will ultimately not match the set of bookshelves it will set next to in the library. We are about there though, as they have worn me down. That is saying a lot as I don’t have this kind of challenge each day as a CEO over 3 hospitals. I guess I know now why more folks are opting for purchases off Amazon given these headaches, not to mention spending $7000 on what you thought was a quality purchase. This has been the biggest headache once again I have ever experienced. I remember the excitement of our first new home purchase over 30 years ago in driving to Hickory, NC to shop for furniture! I hate writing these reviews because I generally always give folks the benefit of the doubt because none of us are perfect and deserve some level of understanding. I truly understand that in my line of work but this one really does qualify for a new level. I guess I will begin spending that time that I don’t have in looking for that alternative desk, given what appears, I have run out of options with Hooker. Sorry for the lengthy review, but this is just a synopsis of how challenging this 4-month experience has been.
