      I was scheduled to have a cosmetic procedure performed by this practice on 12/08/2022. On 12/05 I was informed by the point of contact responsible for scheduling this procedure, *******************************, that I would have to reschedule because the surgeon tested positive for covid. ******* was very communicative up until this point. Since then, I have not been able to get in touch with him or anyone else in the organization. My other point of contact, *********************, has also not been communicating with me. I have called and emailed several times with no response. They have several phone numbers listed on ******* all of which are now disconnected. Their company website is also down. I paid $2850 to this organization and did not receive the service they were supposed to provide. It's almost as if they have completely disappeared since early December and I have not received any update since then. I do not wish to do business with a company that will not even respond to a call or email after reaching out countless times on my end. If possible, I would like for the company to reach out to me and have my money returned. Thank you.The files I have attached contain my communication with *******************************, where he outlined payment details and confirmed the date for my appointment. I have also included a communication from February with a Patient Coordinator, this was the last communication I have received from the organization.

      I paid up in full for hair transplant using FUT techniques in Oct/Nov 2022. The procedure was subsequently postponed because the surgeon was unavailable. I have been calling to reschedule, but no has returned my calls and their website is no longer operational. At this point, I am trying to get a refund of $7850.00 that I prepaid for the procedure.
