            BE WARNED THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!! A&V CONTRUCTION & REMODELING Texas owned and operating company "A&V Construction & Remodeling" owner's Jr. Ortiz and Veronica (as per business card) scammed me out of completing the project hired to do. All communications were with Jr. who was the face of the company. He provided an estimate for the job and was hired as he had done other jobs for us and we trusted him with another project, but this job didn't end well. First of all, Jr, didn't show up to work. We had to call and text him daily to get a status on when he was showing up, which he didn't response to either. When he showed up it was 2-3x wkly for just a few hours and then take off, leaving jobs unfinished. When asked for completion ETAs he blamed subcontractors availability or material scarcity (which we were able to locate on our own without issues). When sub-contracts showed up they ask for Jr.'s whereabout as he owed them money, and they too walked out on the jobs for lack of payment thus leaving us stranded. Jr. did not install the glass bathroom enclosure nor completed the painting job that was started and left all his gear in my garage. He disappeared from the job site and refused to answer any of our texts/calls. It is very unfortunate as he had worked with us for 2yrs prior and always delivered.
