I was at Bubbles That I have been a client before to have more dimension in my hair I have blonde hair so I didn’t think the picture I asked for was that hard. The lady dosing my hair started doing a mothers recliner while doing me at the same time. I thought point I didn’t think any of it. However after spending fours alone in the salon she was done with my hair. When I look at the mirror my hair was white and silver !! The picture I had was blonde with brow highlights I started crying and was so astrout. I prepaid for this service too because while I was sitting in foils I was waiting for so long so I just paid. After I called the salon for a refund and for them to fix my hair because my hair can’t be this color because it’s unnatural color for work. I had to spend money to drive to the salon, spend $325, on the service take off work to come fix it. Today (February 20th 2023) I came to fix it but at that point my hair is processed and damnaged that they could on put a toner to take away the white. My hair is damaged, not the color I want, and spent over $1000 to get it to be blonde and now it’s ruined. They didn’t apologize or give me a refund or reimbursed for taking off work to come to the salon. All they could have said was say we can NOT do this service on you for the color I wanted and I would have gone my merry way somewhere else.
