  Every single time I have a package shipped via OnTrac, theres a problem. They cannot seem to find my address, despite the fact that every other delivery service ************ ****, ******) has zero issues. I always leave detailed delivery notes when I see it is coming from OnTrac, yet they repeatedly ignore them and put the package on hold for address verification.Their only customer service options are web chat or text no phone number, no real accountability. My latest package has been Out for Delivery every day for a week, only to get held again for address verification. And every day, I have to repeat the same directions to a new agent. It's clear they don't read previous notes or care about resolving anything.Ive started contacting companies that use OnTrac and letting them know I will no longer order from them as long as they continue to use this service. OnTrac is unreliable, unprofessional, and an absolute failure of a logistics provider. If your business values customer satisfaction, you should stop using them immediately.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could get away with absolutely NO STARS, or NEGATIVE STARS, I'd put that on the rating!! They put my package ON TOP of a communal mailbox and left it!! I wasn't notified for almost a week, and when I did get a notification, the package was gone. OnTrac was no help at all! You can't get in contact with anyone. You call the **************** number, and IF you get through, they hang up on you. The other numbers that they have for **************** are disconnected. Their drivers are incompetent, thieves and liars! Their **************** agent, IF YOU CAN SPEAK TO ONE, are the same! They don't hold their drivers responsible for not only making it easy for thieves, but promoting theft or stealing the items themselves! What a worthless company! They have NO IDEA what the words 'responsibility' or '****************' mean... NOT ONE CLUE!! Thank you OnTrac for being a worthless business! I did delivery for over 10 years! NEVER would I have left something out in the open like that, NEVER!!!!! If you value your customers, use a different shipper. ******************** is as dishonest as it is worthless!!! Take it from somebody that actually knows the words '****************', 'accountability' and 'responsibility' for their actions.

  This carrier lies all the time. They say your delivery is delayed all the time, they say they attemted or bussiness closed and they lie . We have cameras nobody has come they are the absoluted WORST carrier ever. They cant call the local delivery terminal expect you to wait 2-3 days for them to investigate. Its a stall tatcic. Several of my vendor have dropped them and i as well have told other suppliers not to send my shipments with them. I dont know how they stay in bussiness!!!!!!!!!

  Package was never delivered. The tracking information states it was picked up from a facility at 3:49pm and delivered 3 minutes later at 3:52pm (not possible as the location of the pick-up facility was over an hour away from our home). The "proof of delivery" photo was just a red blurry box. Clearly a terrible company that likely puts too much work on their employees so they just mark things as delivered and probably dump them in the trash or keep for themselves. Getting in touch with someone from customer service appears to be impossible. I wish companies would stop using their services - it's a waste of everyone's time and money.

  I have consistently had nothing but trouble with ontrac; they need to rename themselves offtrac. Seriously though, they have NEVER delivered a package to me when they were supposed to. Why does ******* use them?

  THIEVES, unreliable, no customer service. Lost my package after being scanned in their facility. Waited over 10 days for delivery to be told to contact seller..actual email to follow Thank you for your inquiry regarding 1LSCXM6R4708992.   They deserve zero stars. They have never successfully dropped off a package to my house. I ordered something vintage and irreplaceable and of course it never came. No other shipping service has had an issue finding my house. ************. I wont use any vendors who uses ontrac

  My order through ******* used OnTrac to deliver my items. The package never arrived. Contacting OnTrac customer service, I was told the package could not be located and to contact the seller for a refund. I do not understand how OnTrac can lose a package in it's custody and then say its the sellers responsibilty to issue a refund. My hope is that the sellers are getting their money back from OnTrac for their poor performance and customer service. After this experiance, I will not order from sellers who us OnTrac as their delivery service.

  Terrible service. I ordered a package through ********** and they shipped through ontrac. It was to be delivered on a saturday. Ontrac never contacted me and I spent an entire saturday wastes waiting at home for the delivery. Left that house at 5 pm to do my weekly grocery run that was already delayed because I waited all day for delivery. Now they continue to direct me to a robo chat rather than a real person. Called ********** to cancel and they tried to contact ontrac and of course "i guess they changed their business hours without notice because they didnt answer the phone, you'll have to call back tomorrow" my suggestion is if your retailer says shipping with ontrac tell them to cancel the order and donate that money to charity as either way you'll end up without your money and no purchased goods received, someone might as well benefit from it

  This company has continuously lied about delivering packages. Claimed they delivered at 11:47 p.m. - I literally went outside within seconds of the notice of delivery and NOTHING. This has now happened 3 times!!!! This company is STEALING your packages!!!
