On Trac has got to be the worst delivery service. My package has been delayed now for three days. The customer service is horrible. I left specific instructions in the delivery instructions and they failed to follow simple instructions. I was also told that their drivers do not carry cell phones and they will not use their personal phones for deliveries. I have never been so disappointed. I do not recommend this delivery service. If I ever find out that a merchant uses On Trac, I will not purchase from them. It is a guarantee that you will NOT receive your package.Review from Tamika H

This company is a joke and I much rather give them zero stars. I always seem to experience issues with this company. It's usually due to them stating that my package was delivered and it was not. But a couple of weeks ago their delivery driver decided to park in my driveway and mistakenly left his car in reverse causing his car to roll back into my back yard, crashing into my gate causing damage to my property. The driver chased behind the car, hopped in the car after it hit a tree and another gate before stopping and drove away without notice. Just so happen my home cameras caught it on video. I have not spoken to not one person from the company yet. After reaching out to the company via email because I couldn't get anyone by phone they opened a case for me with the claims department. Since then they've done nothing to show empathy or even given a simple apology. They've just made the process difficult and frustrating. They also asked that I pay for the damages first and send them a paid invoice in order for them to pay for the damages that their delivery driver caused. Too bad we as paying customers can't choose our *********************************************. This company is one I will never choose. Please beware and stand clear of this company.Review from Sa F

They marked my package as delivered; it never appeared. Do yourself a favor; NEVER ORDER FROM ANY COMPANY THAT USES ONTRAC - if you see they use OnTrac, cancel immediately. The chances of you receiving a package from this company is less than 40%.Reach out to your state attorney general and report this company for FRAUD.Review from Michael C

I ordered an item from *************** The item was shipped from ******************* to ******************* via Ontrac. The item was supposed to be delivered on 6/30/2024. The item was then shipped to **********, **. 20 miles from my residence. I never received my item on 6/30/2024. I checked Ontrac tracking number and somehow my item was shipped to ******, ******** on 7/1/2024. An updated delivery date was given for 7/1/2024, because the item was shipped to ******** by mistake. The item was then given a delivery date of 7/2/2024. My item has been sitting in ******, ******** for 36 hours and still has not left ******, ******** with no estimated date of delivery. Ive tried to get a hold of Ontrac, but no one answers the phone and I was communicating with a customer service employee through their website. The employee told me to check the website for an updat, but like I said before I keep getting the run around. I have had several items shipped through Ontrac and the items frequently come damaged or dont arrive at all.Review from Danielle F

Ontrac is a scam and they should be out of business. Ive had my packages stolen twice from them in less than a year. Once in September and once last month. They never help you. They tell you to contact your sender. And that causes a whole issue. The company is scam and the delivery people are crooks. I dont want them to deliver or touch my packages again. I never had this issue with ********** dhl but they are the worst and nobody reaches out to you help.Review from Jennifer H

BBB, please reconsider this company's standing. It should be obvious, based on the customer review rating, that they ARE NOT a reputable company. I reached out to customer service after the second time they marked a package of mine as "attempted" delivery. The first time I thought it was weird because I was in my office when they said they delivered, but the time was so close to when I left I thought maybe we missed each other. But not today. Today, I have not left my office since 9am, and they claimed they "attempted delivery, but the business was closed," which is an absolute lie. We have a private parking lot, we never had even an unknown car here. I contacted customer service, and there was ZERO help. All they would do was confirm that I had a package and "pass along my business hours" to the "facility". I asked over and over about how this was a solution as they keep marking me as unavailable when I'm clearly here - they refused to give me an answer and said they would attempt in 1-2 business days. We are in the middle of a big office renovation, and multiple packages are delivered daily. Even today, I had 3 additional Amazon packages arrive. BBB, please consider addressing their "A" rating. This company is trash, and quite likely stealing, and you are aiding them in deceiving companies to use them without the consumer having an option. Awful.Review from Randy T

They marked my package as delivered but it never showed up. Im unable to get in touch with support to get this issue sorted out. They did not leave our picture or anything! This company needs to get shut down and Im filing a lawsuit with this company because this is ridiculous. I will never touch another company that deals with Ontrac again I will be filing a dispute!!Review from Thomasina G

************* I truly believe this company steals packages. Businesses should absolutely not use this company for anything. I ordered 55 items from ***** and never received a single item. I placed an order with a company that was delivering through Ontrac. The company that I ordered from hasn't received any updates from Ontrac in 4 days. The automated system does not help and there's not a decent number you can call to speak to a live representative. So, I don't know where my packages are. This is bad business!
