    Why is this company even still in business and how the heck do they have an A rating when every single review here is one star. We had two instances this week. First one: Ordered to a business address and business hours have been communicated very clearly with OnTrac. The door was propped open during the delivery window and they said undeliverable because we were closed. WE WERE NOT, how do you miss an open door? You dont. I can only assume that the driver just drives around and gets paid for not delivering/stealing packages. Like seriously?! Second one: My husband bought some golf clothes online. Hes a bigger guy so sizes in store are not very accommodating. He paid extra with the business to have his order expedited so that it will arrive before we leave out of state on a golf trip. The website he ordered through provided him an email when it shipped with tracking information. Not once did he get an email from OnTrac saying he needed to confirm his address with OnTrac. On the day everything was supposed to be delivered and not having arrived, he checked the tracking to find that bit of info only directly on their site. His tracking for that package hasnt updated in three days, and we can only assume itll of course arrive while were away or after we come back which is of no help to us. BBB, DO YOUR JOB AND REMOVE THEIR ACCREDITATION FROM YOUR SYSTEM.

    Did not deliver my package, or do their job correctly. Stated that my address was wrong but has delivered to my address before. They lie and falsify information because they are too lazy to do their jobs.

    I have had so many problems with OnTrac and now Lasership. I have to fight because they keep saying they don’t have an access code. They’re attempting to deliver around the corner where we have no entry access, only emergency exits. I keep telling them how to access my building in simple layman terms. They still can’t get it right! Now my package is delayed. You can’t even tt a person only chat and they have no compassion. This company needs to be Out of Business!

    Terrible and dont take responsibility for their mistake. They took my package to wrong apt door. They took a picture and you can see it was the wrong door. The online agent is no help and you couldnt talk to a live agent.

    They delivered a total of 4 packages to the wrong address in less than a week!! I have no way to contact them to talk to a human to get it straightened out. They are the worst delivery company!!!

    I would give zero if I could. Literally failed multiple times to deliver to an apartment complex. No other carrier has had any issue except them.

    Horrible incorrect tracking updates, I don't feel like the employees even look at the correct address. The customer service center is really no help as my perishable package is 2 days late already and they didn't do anything at all the day after they were supposed to deliver it. Why do I have to contact you to do your job correctly? Still NO package and my money and time is wasted because this larger company decided to take you on as a customer for their shipping needs. I don't; have this issue with ***, ***** or ****. Get it together already!

    This business has an A+ rating? That can't be right. After reading horror stories galore about OnTrac and Lasership, I finally got to experience how truly shady this company is on Thursday 2/6. I received a package I was expecting with someone's used shirt inside and a shipping label, addressed to me, but from a completely different clothing vendor (not affiliated in any way with where I ordered from) stick on top of the original shipping label. My order was from Free People yet my shipping label on top of the Free People one says ****** Fashion Lounge. The used T-shirt was inside packaging labeled as the item I actually ordered. The tracking also shows suspicious activity as my package was marked undeliverable 2/6 around 9:30 and then was back on track for deliver an hour later. I suspect that's when my package was tampered with. This experience aligns perfectly with their reputation as a delivery service and I'm going to go out on a line as guess there's a very shady reason they have an A+ rating here because there is literally no way

    the WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!!! They must get so many complaints that now you can't even speak to a live agent, it's only through chat, and I'm thinking it's a bot because they use the same rote responses and never provide a direct answer. EVERY TIME I'm suppose to get a package delivered by Ontrac, I get the message: delivery was attempted but unsuccessful. EVERY SINGLE TIME!! Apparently, if you live in a standard apartment complex that requires an access code to gain entry into the building, they aren't able to deliver. So when I attempted to provide them with the access code through their customer service chat system, they can't even confirm that the code will be provided and used at their next delivery attempt. Is it really an agent or an AI?? Then without providing any assurance my delivery would be made or confirming any info I provided, agent ends the chat. So frustrating to deal with this company!! I'd give them negative 1000 if I could. No accountability, no help, no live agent to communicate with. How is this company still in business?????? They must cost their clients millions of dollars with shipping issues.

    ************* over 2 weeks "delayed shipment" in a town less than 15 minutes away just to go out for delivery then say more info required delivery attempted. I have no video of anyone coming by and after days updating the info and talking to the chatbot as their isn't a phone to call, the package was returned to sender. I am never buying from a store who uses this complete scam to ship their items! Not to mention in the 2 weeks of this package being delayed, **** ****, and ****** all delivered packages to my door with no issues.
