Absolutely awful. They'll deliver your package to the wrong address, provide "proof of delivery" with a picture of a place that clearly isn't your address, and then "investigate" and claim the package was delivered...Absolutely garbage. Never use.Review from Rich H

Ordered from ******* and they somehow delivered my package. I had a post office box street address and they sat my package outside the post office instead of leaving it at the counter or even inside the building. I'm sure someone stole the package, but thankfully ******* refunded the entire cost back to my card. Idiot delivery driver!Review from John S

I would leave zero stars if I could. Their customer service was the worst. Wait ****************************************************************************** back at the end of the queue. I waited another 30 minutes and the person said they weren't responsible for delivering the package to the wrong house. I asked for a picture of the package on the front porch and she said they didn't have one. When I asked for a resolution, she ended the chat session. I hope this company goes out of business.Review from Emily K

*** never had a shipping company care less about packages just disappearing around the holidays. They told me they dont even investigate these instances. Sounds like they just write them off as a loss and tell you to take it up with the company for a return or replacement. What a scam. Sounds like a great company to be a carrier for if you want to swipe packages around the holidays. They automatically close tracking as delivered after 30 days even if they lose your package LOL thats just insane. Their customer service has to be one of the most rude, flippant, cold & uncaring teams Ive ever spoken with. Ill be avoiding ordering from any companies who use them moving forward.Review from Carla A

On Trac is a scam. They say package is delivered but we have a camera and no one delivered it. Also, the phone number to contact hangs up on you and forcing you to go to their support page.Review from Anita M

My package from Nordstrom was scheduled to be delivered by January 3, 2025. It has sat in a warehouse 20 minutes from my address since December 29, 2024. This is unacceptable. The name of this company may have changed but their service is still the same. I wish companies would stop using them as a delivery service. I would hope that they take feedback seriously and work to improve their delivery processes and customer service.Review from Jamie W

ZERO stars! I've had a few encounters with this company and have yet to have a positive experience. 1) Bought some boots from ******** (the company) on 2 Dec...still not received! After trying to track the package with OnTrac, I had to contact ******** who verified handing over the order to OnTrac. After over a month of waiting I cancelled the order. Someone got a nice pair of boots. 2) Ordered products from *****************. Tracking details stated package was delivered "to my front door" at almost 9p. Walked around the entire house in the dark.. no package. Found it the next day propped up by a post at the front of our property... NOT THE ***** DOOR! This company seriously sucks!! I hope businesses out there are checking these reviews. I've read on reddit that most people are very unhappy with their service.Review from Tammie K

0 stars! Ive stayed on top of this from day 1. Each day they have claimed delivery problems. Ive been home each day and havent received a call or text. No live customer service! The texting is something to soothe you because you never receive a response. OnTrac needs to be investigated for theft.
