              What a terrible experience meeting Crest's Union Mill manager today! Last year, I literary took my whole business wardrobe to the Crest, as I had a long study break and stopped using my suits and jackets for a while. Only last month, I started to wear them to meetings and found out at least one had a big gash on the back, probably a burn **** or may be caught in between Crest automatic hangers. I wrote to them about the issue but never heard back. So I took the suit to the shop today. The guy at the counter asked for his manager. So the elderly gentleman came in, and before I could complete my sentence, he said, "I don't like lying customers". I was absolutely shocked!!! I have never experienced such rude customer service in my life. Then he accused me of lying about the exact date I used their services (I had the receipt), but he never looked at it and said I could do whatever I wanted now. While I am going to pursue this issue with them, I am deeply saddened to see in this day and age we have such people with horrible customer service in these relatively large stores. I truly hope for a resolution and improvement in this matter.
