    It was a very easy. The upload and selfie process was not difficult to understand and even if you are like me (I have ** and my hands shake) having to repeat ANYthing is not a problem.The program is exceptional, very safe and secure.

    The entire verification process was at the bare minimum, a 2 hour long shitshow of a fiasco, where I went through the entire process three times and yet the system still couldn't verify my identity. The only saving ***** throughout the whole process was interacting with an agent who helped me quickly get through the entire verification process. In total, waiting for the agent and going through the verification call only took around 10 minutes, while the online process that didn't work took my sensitive information and still didn't even verify me took at least 2 hours.
