I never signed up with this company, and despite unsubscribing from their emails over two years ago, I am STILL getting emails from them. Not one of the emails has anything substantial, and all seem to be cut, copy, and pasted from other websites. In addition, I know with certainty that the company or organization is fraudulent, as it has no idea of my personal background. This included my education, past employment history, etc. And lastly, no matter how many times I block the senders of the emails I receive, I continue to get emails, always from a different email address, with the same name.

This company is a big-time SCAM, and it's time that we call these recruiters out by name. One such recruiter is Samriti G****, an absolutely horrible employee of E-talent Network. She is extremely unreliable and incompetent. Never got back to me at all after a series of text messages. Hopefully she died or had something really bad happened to her. That's the only reason I would accept. I am NOT the type of person you want to ignore, ok? Your life could be in grave danger if you do.

This company is trash. Their recruiters are so lazy they when they send out recruitment emails, they have a disclosure that states, and I quote, "**This is a bulk email, please ignore if the requirement does not align with your skill set." Are you serious? You can't take the time to do some research and see if they're even in the same state? This person, "Dan M*****," sent me a job description for a job in Fort Knox, Kentucky which is 4+ hours away from me. Doesn't have the decency to even check if it's logical to send this email. I hope this company gets what's coming to them. This is the stupidest thing I've seen.

SCAM!!! I was called by a Recruiter saying that she had my resume, for a nursing job from E-Talentnetwork for a Remote position, which is like a needle in a haystack. She asked me which shift I preferred, and what I make right now for salary, and asked me what the average salary is for nurses in my state. Offered me more money, the shift and hours I wanted, and a Remote position, which was the most important piece. I was ecstatic that I finally got the job I had been applying for months. She made me immediately sign the email that I agreed to the above conditions for the job, which I did, and sent her a copy of my recent CPR paperwork. We got off the phone at 3:20 pm and told me that the manager would call me for an interview between 3:30-4 pm. By, 5 pm I called back the Indian recruiter who said "Oh, they may be in a meeting". By 6 pm. I called her back and she confirmed me an 11 am interview call the next day. The next day, I sat waiting on the call with my questions. At noon, I called the recruiter, Harshita Kukreja, again about no follow-up interview call. She stated, "Oh, I just got an email 10 minutes ago that the manager is not available today for an interview". I asked her if I have this position as a Remote/WFH RN, 3-12 hour shifts at a certain salary? She laughed and said yes. Then, it was a 3-day holiday weekend. I called back Monday morning and the "manager" reviewed the details that we had gone over but I told him that I looked up the average RN salary is much higher and he immediately added another $20/hour without any questions, no interview was set up. He mentioned something about finding a client closer to me. I still do not know what the job entails. I am afraid that I am going to get scammed financially or ID theft. I did not give any other information to them, I just confirmed my address when she said what it was. Who offers the job, salary, and position without an Interview first to see if I fit the job and if it fits me?

I have found E-talent Network to be a valid company albeit they have been given a very challenging job. I understand some individuals are annoyed by there tenacity to call and email weekly if not daily but if you are looking for a job that is not a bad thing. There job is to fill jobs that no one in their right mind would take if they knew what they were about to get themselves into. The fill jobs for third party vendors who treat their employee as disposable and with little to no benefits and grueling hours and wildly unrealistic expectations to earn a $200 bonus. All the recruiters at E-talent have always been courtesy and respectful to me during interviews and phone call and never once asked for information like SS or DL. I know some people are put off by Indian accents but if you slow down and listen the conversation your interaction will be positive like mine have been. I know not all there vendors are bad so I am hoping for a job soon; wish me luck and God bless
