    The owner of this plumbing business sent an employee to my home on Friday, January ********************************************************* a second floor bathroom.The individual who tried to clear the drain broke a pipe which resulted in water leaking through the ceiling in the floor below. He did not know how to resolve the situation and said he would come back later in the day with the owner of the business ****.The two came back the next day, Saturday, to evaluate the situation. The owner told me he could fix the broken pipe, but had other emergencies to tend to that day, but would return on Monday January 23 to fix the pipe. On Monday, he texted me to say he would be unable to come that day.Since that date, I have reached out numerous times both by phone and by text with the owner. He has not come to my home to fix the problem his employee caused, and I have an unusable bathroom. Since Thursday, January 26 he has not responded to my messages.
