Customer Satisfaction: We make every possible effort to insure that our customers are highly satisfied with our products and services. If we have not produced a printed banner(s) satisfactorily with the file provided to us, customers should return it to us. Upon receipt of the banner(s), we will replace it or provide a full refund as we deem appropriate. As a member of the BBB Washington DC Chapter with an A+ Rating, we strive to bring you the best products and services, including your online shopping experience with us. Advance written approval is required for all banner returns.
Frame and Banner Orders: Because each TRUCK ADS® Frame Kit and banner is custom printed and sized to your specifications, and the frames are made with adhesives that will deteriorate when improperly stored (see warranty), or stored longer than the indicated shelf life, frames and banners are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Rush Orders for Banners: TRUCK ADS® liability for 3 and 4 day rush orders that don't arrive in the time allotted, is limited to the amount of the rush charge. Weekends and official holidays are excluded from rush order time allotments. Rush orders placed after 3pm are calculated starting the next business day. Creative art must arrive at the time of the order or "rush" time allotments begin when the creative art is received.
Return of Product: Customers returning accessory products not used, damaged or converted may receive a credit with a 25% (twenty five percent) restocking charge, providing the material is returned within 60 days from date of invoice. Specialty items such as, but not limited to custom ordered banner and frame orders are not returnable and no credit will be issued. Shipping charges are never reimbursed. Advance written approval is required for all product returns.
Intellectual Property: Purchaser agrees not to use any unauthorized intellectual property, reverse engineer TRUCKADS® patents, infringe copyrighted material, trademarks or other similarly protected materials of others in the design, wording and construction of any frame kit or AD you purchase from the TRUCKADS® iStore.
Unacceptable Advertisements: TRUCKADS® reserves the right to not print any AD which it determines to be libelous, offensive and/or obscene in nature and/or content, and/or in violation of any copyright or trademark laws. If we decide NOT to print your banner because it violates TRUCKADS® Terms of Service, we will refund the amount you paid for banners, less any creative services authorized by you.
TRUCK ADS® Media Space - Sales Terms of Service
Customers, who display Ads with TRUCK ADS® MEDIA, agree to the following:
All ADS placed on vehicles are reviewed for editorial content prior to printing or installation. If it is necessary to revise an ad to meet TRUCKADS® advertising standards and community guidelines, we will contact you first to review proposed changes and obtain written authorization from our client.
Purchase Order Agreements supplied by a customer when they procure our advertising services do not override or supersede the Sales Terms of Service Agreement stated here. Customers who purchase our products and our ad space agree that TRUCKADS® Terms of Service spelled out here will supersede the terms of service in their purchase order when there is a conflict of terms. This includes, but is not limited to sharing internal documents and costs related to installation, removal, shipping, handling, printing and special arrangements not spelled out here. Our invoice shall act as a final invoice to all customers who purchase from TRUCKADS®, with or without a PO.
TRUCKADS® promotes most business products and services, however reserves the right to refuse ads deemed in non-compliance with the following: TRUCKADS® will accept ad content that would be acceptable on the main pages or in the classified ads section of mainstream daily newspapers.
Customer agrees not to use any unauthorized intellectual property, including copyrighted material, trademarks or other similarly protected materials of others in the design and/or wording of any ad you hire TRUCKADS® to display.
Customer agrees not to use any libelous, obscene and/or offensive language and/or graphics in the design and/or wording of any ad you hire TRUCKADS® to display.
TRUCKADS® reserves the right to not display any ad which we determine to be libelous, offensive and/or obscene.
TRUCKADS® reserves the right to remove any ad, that we determine is in violation and/or infringing on a trademark or copyright or has been determined by the courts to be illegal for any reason.

TRUCK ADS® Fleet Graphics Installation - Sales Terms of Service
Customers, who hire TRUCK ADS® to install banners on trucks and trailers, agree to the following:
All trucks and trailers provided by the customer for banner, frame and decal installation are presumed to be free of projecting attachments that might interfere with the installation. Projections that TRUCKADS® determines would interfere with the successful installation of banners, frames and decals, shall first be removed and relocated on the truck or trailer, if possible. Cost for additional work not covered in the original agreement, will be charged to the customer at the current rate of $125 per man hour.
Due to extensive preparations required for fleet graphic printing and installation projects, all payments made by the customer, for work performed or to be performed, is non-refundable. To the extent, payments are made and can be applied to the banners, frames and/or installation, payments will be applied. Materials that are purchased on behalf of the customer that have aged beyond the useful life of the product, must be repurchased when the project continues.

When you email TRUCK ADS, we add you to our email list. This entitles you to discounts for our products and services. We created this email policy to demonstrate our understanding of email rules and regulations. You can help TRUCKADS® maintain the accuracy of our records by notifying us when you wish us to update your email address.
How can you stop receiving email from TRUCK ADS? You may opt out anytime by replying to one of our emails with cancel or stop. Also, you may contact TRUCKADS® with your request and we will stop sending you emails.

We shall not be liable for damages of any kind that may result from the use of these web sites. Materials in and operations of these web sites are provided as is and there is no warranty that they will be free from errors and/or interruptions.
