    I have been a customer for almost 4 yrs and my technician was nice. However, customer support is awful. It's taken several phone calls to resolve a billing discrepancy and I kept getting the run around. Earlier, I was told on the phone that part of the service was not done for lack of time and now they denied saying that and insist it was, when there is no evidence to support it. Things are great when you don't ask questions and pay. As soon as you ask questions, they are not so nice anymore. I can no longer recommend and will never use again. If I could give them a zero, I would.

    We're sorry to see this post. We're sorry that 2 employees and a manager were not able to satisfy this issue for you after you being very belligerent. We did give you a full credit for the work, though. We're sorry to see you leave because of this, but we wish you well in the future.

    This is an experienced, professional and organized business. Each staff person have dealt with has been excellent. I love the savings and convenience of the seasonal maintenance contract. Top marks from this customer.

    W. G. Speeks has serviced all of our HVAC equipment for many years. They are responsive whenever there is a problem and are thorough in handling our routine maintenance. ****** is one of our regular techs and never disappoints! He arrives on time, works efficiently, and is always upbeat. I recommend W. G. Speeks without hesitation!

    W.G Speeks came for a maintenance check today and everything was good to go. As always, I received a phone call letting me know when the Technician was on their way. My time slot was between 12 and 5. The Technician arrived around 12:15. This company is rarely one where you have to sit and wait a long period of time before someone shows up. The Technician explained what was done and was very polite. He asked if I had any questions and then was on his way to the next call. It is always a pleasure dealing with *** Speeks.

    Had a problem with my Generac 22kw liquid cooled generator recently. It would not output more than 50 v. Called Speeks and they analyzed the problem as needing to replace my voltage regulator. They ordered the part and yesterday came back and made the change. Within an hour they were done and the generator is operating properly again. Thanks WG Speeks repair team!

    The technician that came to check our home ** made a false diagnosis and I got a quote from the W.G.Speeks office of $1450 to change the txv. I called them because when the technician left the ** stopped working and they said that without changing the txv, the ** will not work. So, I called another service company and their technician did not find a problem with the txv and was able to do his job to get the ** working by adding Freon which charged only $365.00. Now, W.G.Speeks is requiring me to pay for the service call fee even though it was a wrong diagnosis. When I called the office to inquire about the fee for the false diagnosis, they said they dont believe the other technician, they trust their technician so I have to pay it regardless because they sent a technician.
