Company did not pick up my trash stating there were something blocking the trash. I called customer service to inquire why my trash was not picked up and inform them NOTHING is blocking the trash. I never had an issue before with the trash not being picked up with everyone else. I asked to speak to a supervisor but none is available. I requested to have someone pick up my trash and no one is available. This company is the worst. I paid them to pick up my trash on Wednesday and they picked up the trash a day late in the neighborhood but not mine.Business response

Thank you for taking the time to reach out with your concerns. I apologize that you service was missed. In review of your account I do see where there was a substitute driver on your route that day and that he did make a note on the account that access was blocked. As this was the day after Thanksgiving was it possible that a car or something else that is not normally out could have been blocking access to the trash cart? I do see that we were able to have a driver out on Monday to collect the missed service. If there is anything additional that we can assist with please don't hesitate to reach out. Been trying to contact them for 2 days. LEAVE YOU ON HOLD….No answer at all…Called to see why my trash was not picked up Monday and complain about other times when the lazy workers don’t want 1 bag next to the trash can when we are allowed to have up to 5 bags next to it.Took that 1 bag and threw in ditch.. THEY HAVE THE WORST WORKERS WORKING FOR THE COMPANY..Business response

Thank you for taking the time to reach out with your concerns. I don't not see on your account where the service was missed, it does however appear that the driver is there quite early in the morning. We do ask that all carts are out the night before your service day or prior to 6am to ensure that timing is not the reason your service is missed. You are allowed to place 5 bags of yard waste only outside of the cart. All we ask is that the bag be light enough for one person to lift approximately chest high to place in the cart for service. I can not imagine any reason that a driver would make the effort to throw a bag in a ditch instead of placing it in the cart to service, did you happen to witness this or was it possibly caught on a doorbell camera? If so the footage would be appreciated so that the issue can be addressed. I am trying to cancel their services. I've been trying to get a hold of them by phone and email with no response. I need to not get billed for November.Business response
