  I had Nova Solar install my solar panels in July 2021. From the initial call and throughout the process the communication was outstanding. It was explained what the process would be and thats what they did.The day of installation the crew was here early morning and was done early afternoon. Ive had no issues with the panels or installation.A few times the app disconnected due to storms and LB or someone from his crew responded quickly and helped me get back online.Ive been very pleased with the decision to go with them for my solar panels and would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

  No surprises. The whole process from quote through county inspection was smooth and professional. Great communication from sales *** providing multiple quotes and answering questions promptly. Great comms from project manager regarding schedule and process. Project executed on time, exactly as planned and all permitting and inspections handled by Nova Solar. Incredibly, the actual installation of solar panels and wiring to main panel took 5 hours. They even sent a tech for the county inspection the following day in case the inspector had any questions. Roof looks fantastic.

  My experience with Nova Solar, from start to finish, was overwhelmingly positive. The entire staff was professional, courteous, and went out of their way to answer the questions I had. During the design phase they revised their proposal in response to my inputs without hesitation. They provided information on available systems and the pros and cons of each, made sound recommendations and explained why they made them, put together the system I wanted even if I decided against a particular recommendation. The installation crew/electricians were efficient and obviously well-trained, and explained what they were doing if I asked. They put together all the paperwork I needed to apply for tax credits and deductions at both the local and federal levels. They initiated the process and did most of the paperwork to enable me to sell *****. Throughout the entire process they were very responsive to my questions/requests. I highly recommend Nova Solar if you're looking to install solar in the ***************** area.

  Nova Solar was fantastic to work with. I installed solar panels on my almost 200 year old house. From the first email inquiry to the final wrap up they were stellar with communication. Installation was a breeze. They were a huge advocate for me when interacting with my electric company. I cant recommend them enough! Thank you Nova Solar!

  Nova Solar is super when it comes to clearly communicating and scheduling. Kody and Trip and the guys were very professional and friendly. Kody went the extra mile cleaning up the mess that was my breaker box! I can't think of any improvements that could have been made.

  Nova Solar gave a very competitive offer once contacted after giving some basic information and my energy usage history. They were responsive to any questions I had before committing to a solar system, and were never pushy. Once the process started they were in constant contact through the entire process, including checking in while waiting for the county to finish with permits. In addition, the document preparation, from HOA approvals to SRECs Markets to tax forms was incredibly helpful, and I had to do almost nothing. The installation was relatively fast, done in about half a day.

  The Nova Solar team went above and beyond with our solar system installation. We engaged six solar system installation companies both directly and through energysage.com (our connection to Nova Solar), evaluating system designs, components, warranties, company longevity and other customers feedback. Nova Solar was a clear standout. We appreciated Nova Solars willingness to conduct a physical site survey before the sale (roof measurements, electrical system assessment) providing an assurance that before we placed a sizeable sum of money on contract, they could actually deliver results; other companies will make a home visit for sales, but not conduct a physical site survey. Nova Solar installed a high efficiency *************************************************************** one day. When our Fredick County ******** ********** of ******* and Inspections insisted on additional electrical components unsupported by code, the Nova Solar team provided guidance from the ************************************* Director of ************************ refuting the inspectors assumptions resulting in final system approval. The Nova Solar team could have elected the easy route of charging customers more to meet this unnecessary requirement, but instead did the right thing by engaging with County Permitting to ensure we (and other solar system customers) are not overpaying for unnecessary electrical components. The Nova Solar team also provided detailed after sale guidance on capturing economic incentives to include the federal tax credit, applying for the MD solar ****** contacting our electric company for account credit preferences, registering our system for the Solar **************** Certificates payments scheme, and highlighted the added benefit of MD law which prevents system impacts to property valuations (effectively an untaxed capital improvement). We highly recommend NovaSolar for your installation and wish the team members at Nova Solar continued business success.
