              We hired Holtzman propane to repair a noisy blower motor on our propane fire place in October 2022. When the techs came out to remove the blower they damaged the surround bricks, took the current blower motor and stated they would fix the damage when they returned with a new motor. When they told us the cost we told them we would like our motor back and we will try and have it repaired. They stated that it was thrown away. We also said we needed the surround replaced. They have made an attempt to repair but now it actually looks worse than before the repair. We have voiced our dissatisfaction with the repair but have not heard any response in over ten days.

              ****** and ***** came to my home to confirm a leak in my system. They tested all the appliances and located a leak in a coupling. They worked efficiently and well together giving me great confidence in their abilities. Even as the heat soared, they looked professional and were respectful of my home.I was especially appreciative of the great education I received from these professionals. As a woman, I am accustomed to being treated like I don't know much , NOT BY THESE GUYS! They were eager to teach me about my system. ****** diagnosed the immediate problem and gave me a detailed explanation of how it may have happened and what he would do to fix it. He also provided me guidance on what to do regularly or when updating an appliance to avoid any gas issues. Thank you Holtzman, your employee selection and training programs are producing excellent employees who value the customer. Thank you ****** and ***** for your professionalism and help!Thank you too to *****, "the other" ***** and *** for your scheduling help leading to the resolution of my problem.************
