      Paid $499 for emergency garage door repair service on saturday of memorial day weekend. When tech arrived he said he did not have correct torsion spring on truck and that he would ensure that a tech would come on tuesday with the correct parts. At 10 am I called the store and said I had not received a call on when the tech was coming. After checking, I was told the earliest a tech could come was on Friday. If I hadnt checked I would not have known. I said Forget it, Ill find someone else who can repair the door.
